The website recommends you provide a vacuum for them, so I moved out everything except my vacuum. When I returned to the apartment after the cleaning, the vacuum was gone. I tried calling the service, but they kept sending me to voicemail, and I left a voicemail that was never returned. I also submit a bad review to them, which they said they would respond to within 24 hours, but they never did. Don't hire this service unless you want your things to be stolen. Also, there was a puddle of brown liquid in my empty fridge that was not there when I left.
