We agreed and executed a small change order and Bella Shine did an amazing job on the house, preparing it for sale on the market. Both I and my real estate agent thought the price was fair and reasonable. Bella Shine requested additional time to complete the cleaning job, but unfortunately I was not able to grant that additional time as a professional photographer was coming in. We had Sisters cleaning coming to our house once a week and at first they were decent but as time…read morewent on the service started to fall off. Different people coming instead of the regulars. People sitting in the van in our driveway not working, things that should be cleaned not completed. We called and texted the owner a couple of times about the lack of service and her reply was that she spoke to her people and they denied our claims, so essentially we were lying. She accused us of making one of her employees cry because we said she didn't clean the master bathroom. We did not confront the employee, the owner did. Again she denied any wrongdoing even when we sent pictures of the bathroom garbage and other things clearly not cleaned. The original quote specifically stated no contract. Sometime mid summer the owner sent an email, about 30 paragraphs long, loaded with fees and penalties and language about her employees signing non compete. The next paragraph speaks about Non solicitation of their employees and states "A violation of this agreement will result in a $25,000 fine", etc. No way were we going to continue to subject ourselves to declining service and an owner who thinks she can tell us what we can and can't do. We promptly replied to the email and declined to accept the new agreement and ceased using their service Highly suggest you look anywhere else for house cleaning
