She had no openings because it was short notice. I know I looked desperate and couldn't stand the thought of moving into a dirty house. She called me later in the day to let me know she and her team would work on the weekend. They didn't have to do this and yet they came and stayed until the house was immaculate! I couldn't believe the transformation! The entire house smelled amazing from being so clean. Camille walked me through the house and there was nothing they didn't take care of. Everyone on her team was terrific!! They have come back since and are just as great. I can't say enough about Camille and the wonderful group of women she has with her! Cathy G.

The walls and baseboards were cleaned so thoroughly that I no longer needed to hire a painter to refresh the unit. As a real estate investor, I've worked with many vendors, and it's rare to find someone who understands the level of detail required and goes above and beyond in a way that actually saves money. Sammy takes pride in her work, and it really shows. I would absolutely recommend their services. I feel like I get more than what I pay for when I work with them. I am not comfortable letting people into my home without my presence and finding out the time was changed by 4+ hours the day of the service was not working. Lots of promises made but not kept. This week I received an invoice for work that was not performed back in May. If they continued to clean for me through July why would they decide I had not paid the proper amount months back? I did pay the correct amount on the day of the cleaning, as evidenced by the check and receipt being photographed by the cleaning team. When I called to question this invoice I spoke to a young woman who said she would have a manager call me back. They have not called back so I assume they realize how idiotic this invoice truly is. My belief is they promise good work on a specific day and time, follow that rule for a month or two and then gradually slack off on the specifics when you are already comfortable with their work. It is a lot of work to find another cleaning service, but I was tired of being switched without notice and having to change my own full schedule to accommodate their whims. I have since found another service who follows through with their promises.
