A day later, I saw their van a few blocks away and gave them a call. An hour later they were at my house to give me a quote. But what a quote! It came with a 30 minute consult and a amazing set of options I didn't know existed. The contract was drawn up right then. I signed and we scheduled repairs. The night before our appointed time, Derrick called to confirm. Workers were at my door at 8:00 AM as promised. The crew did a great job of cleaning, staining, and sealing my dark gray slate floor. It has never looked better. Friends come in and remark how beautiful the floor is, but cannot pinpoint why.

We called and made an appointment for an estimate and decided to go ahead. The contractor was available in about 2-1/2 weeks from the time of the estimate and arrived just a few minutes late. He was very pleasant and worked diligently all morning and part of the afternoon. Starting time was about 9:00 a.m. and he finished around 2:30 p.m. The shower looks fantastic, like almost a brand new one! He did a GREAT job and cleaned up after himself extremely well. Nate was very friendly and excellent in ensuring we were happy with the results. We unfortunately had a poo-acoplyse from our 60+ pound dog, which caused us to have to have our carpets cleaned about 2 months after our original cleaning. Although the reasoning was not ideal, the results were fantastic- awful stains were gone without a trace and any residual odors were non-existent. The only down side we have had is that they do not have an "emergency" cleaning available. Although 1 week for service is typically fantastic, it was a long week to wait to professionally get the poo-acoplyse cleaned up.

I thought I had booked a detailed cleaning that included disinfecting surfaces. Instead, they used a Swiffer duster and a dry rag, and I was told afterward that they don't do wet cleaning. I may have missed that when booking because I needed someone quickly. I had explained that my mom was coming home from the hospital and that I wanted the floors, bathrooms, and her bedroom...including the ceiling fan and walls cleaned thoroughly to help reduce the risk of infection. Seeing the ceiling fan dusted above her bed worried me because dust could fall onto it. The trash can in the bathroom was not emptied. Dust was left on my mother's bed from the ceiling fan, not cool. They did not clean under anything, they cleaned around things. If you're considering this service, be aware that it appears to focus on dusting and vacuuming rather than the detailed cleaning or disinfection I was looking for. Unfortunately, nothing was left feeling particularly "sparkly" to me.
