The night before our appointed time, Derrick called to confirm. Workers were at my door at 8:00 AM as promised. The crew did a great job of cleaning, staining, and sealing my dark gray slate floor. We called and made an appointment for an estimate and decided to go ahead. The contractor was available in about 2-1/2 weeks from the time of the estimate and arrived just a few minutes late. He was very pleasant and worked diligently all morning and part of the afternoon. Starting time was about 9:00 a.m. and he finished around 2:30 p.m. The shower looks fantastic, like almost a brand new one! He did a GREAT job and cleaned up after himself extremely well. It started with his sensitivity to my schedule and coming when it worked best for me, because time is money and he did not take up any of my time. When I got home from work I suspected that my carpets would be a little damp or even wet. However, they were perfectly dry and so fluffy. I honestly just laid on my floor for a good 15 minutes when I got home. All the stains were gone and it smelled amazing. I can only imagine how long my carpets will last with Oxi Fresh cleaning them. The most amazing thing Oxi Fresh did for me was clean my solid oak hard wood floors. I purchased and installed these floors myself about 3 years ago, as you can imagine I have a particular sensitivity to them not getting damaged and staying clean. I cleaned them regularly but I always noticed that even when I would wipe up spilled water the paper towel would be very dirty, obviously I am not a floor cleaner. With a little reservation I had Jake clean my hardwood floor and the results were amazing. It looked as shiny and clean as they did when first installed. I also had this sticky glue stuff on the floor from the pads on the bottom of my chairs and that was all gone (I have scrubbed and scrubbed on that stuff to get it out with no success). However, the caulk started molding after a couple months in the shower because they caulked over the old grout. We tried to contact them repeatedly but they would not answer or return our calls. We unfortunately had a poo-acoplyse from our 60+ pound dog, which caused us to have to have our carpets cleaned about 2 months after our original cleaning. Although the reasoning was not ideal, the results were fantastic- awful stains were gone without a trace and any residual odors were non-existent. The only down side we have had is that they do not have an "emergency" cleaning available. Although 1 week for service is typically fantastic, it was a long week to wait to professionally get the poo-acoplyse cleaned up.
