We unfortunately had a poo-acoplyse from our 60+ pound dog, which caused us to have to have our carpets cleaned about 2 months after our original cleaning. Although the reasoning was not ideal, the results were fantastic- awful stains were gone without a trace and any residual odors were non-existent. The only down side we have had is that they do not have an "emergency" cleaning available. Although 1 week for service is typically fantastic, it was a long week to wait to professionally get the poo-acoplyse cleaned up.

Only to get a call an hour later asking if he could come tomorrow morning between 9:30 and 10. We agreed. On Saturday when he didn't show by 10 I sent him a text. He didn't respond but I figured he was doing a job. And since we were waiting, we decided to help him out by moving the furniture ourselves. In the afternoon I sent another text and a voicemail as well and never heard back. We even had to change our evening plans because we just keeping thinking he would show up. Practically bended over backwards to schedule us the next morning at our convenience. Fool me twice, Nick, shame on me. Zero texts or calls the entire day. Kept his phone off, in fact. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
