We unfortunately had a poo-acoplyse from our 60+ pound dog, which caused us to have to have our carpets cleaned about 2 months after our original cleaning. Although the reasoning was not ideal, the results were fantastic- awful stains were gone without a trace and any residual odors were non-existent. The only down side we have had is that they do not have an "emergency" cleaning available. You book they confirm via email & call you 15-30 minutes before they arrive. They get there and go over the carpets and check if you have any concerns, stains...then they vacuum the carpet with their vacuum while another assistant puts guards on the corners of your walls so there will be no damage if the cleaning hose runs against them.
