Magikist has cleaned my Family's rugs for decades. Quality work, fair prices, and unbelievable customer service!

Great service, kind staff and more importantly, they did what they said they would; cleaned my Persian and Kashmir rugs. It was worth the drive through the sketchy part of town. Highly recommended. read more

Magikist Carpet Cleaners Service Review. I have spent the past 7 months waiting for Magikist Carpet Cleaner to follow through on their agreement to cover the furniture damage repair cost. Repair cost which they agreed was caused when a service person failed to wipe cleaning solvent from the wooden base of our two sofa's resulting in stain damage. The company owner initially stated that he personally will rectify the problem and the company insurance will cover the damages. A long story short; after 7 months, 40 + text communications with Dave at Magikist, 7 unkept scheduled appointments to come to our house and assess the damages he finally came. Prior to leaving he said that the wood damage was the result of their service and he would contact their insurance company to cover the repair cost. This never happened. Our options are: 1. File complaint with Wisconsin Department of Consumer Protection, which we did. 2. File Small Claims Action, which we are considering. 3. Write it off as a bad experience, Poor Service and worse follow-up from what had been a reputable company. Post this review to caution local people. I cannot recommend Magikist Carpet Cleaning Service following this very poor experience. read more

Can't express how disappointed I am. The first picture is where we tried to clean pet urine spot & you can see the way the colors fade when cleaning is attempted. The second picture is the spot that was supposed to be professionally cleaned but you can see the urine and it reeks like it was never touched. So upset and they said I should've paid extra for the urine treatment. Water alone would've changed the stain appearance-clearly it wasn't cleaned. Ripped off for about $450, 2 rugs. read more

Our 25 year old wool oriental carpet has been cleaned several times in the years we have owned it. Always by Magikist. This time some hot embers popped out of the fireplace and burned the fabric. So the rug needed to be rewoven in the five spots that were burned. When the rug came back we were amazed at how well the repair blended in to the rug. The colors matched perfectly. We could not tell where the burns were. And the rug itself was spotless. This place is fantastic!!! read more

Given their contact from another customer who was serviced twice and very happy with them, today Mike came to inspect my house and made me a very fair price, understanding my needs and budget as new homeowner. He did a good job, the carpet throughout the hose are so clean and smell so good now, we've been very pleased with Mike's service and would recommend Magikist to everybody for quality, time and price. read more

I was moving and pretty stressed when I was looking for rug cleaners. Dave from Magikist called back promptly and assured me that it would be OK:) Anyone that can talk me off a ledge has mad skills by the way lol! This business has been around for years and there are reasons for that. As a business owner myself, I know that a personal point of contact is paramount. In addition, these professionals know everything there is to know about rugs, stains and carpet. I think its very generous to offer stain solutions on their website as well. They even deliver them and rugs are cleaned quickly and afforably. Im hooked..no more waiting 4 weeks with marginal results and high prices. Highly recommended!! read more

The gentleman who did my carpet was very personable and did a great job. I have had bad experiences with the last two cleaners. Oxi cleaning was done in a short amount of time, dried quickly and looks really good. I have already talked to one of my condo neighbors and will put a recommendation on our bulletin board if I am as pleased when they do the other half of my condo - I'm making an appointment today. The only negative was the extremely long Agreement which had to be read - I almost gave up and went to another company. read more
