DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE. I went with this service for a move out cleaning because it was the cheapest cleaning service I could find. The website recommends you provide a vacuum for them, so I moved out everything except my vacuum. When I returned to the apartment after the cleaning, the vacuum was gone. I tried calling the service, but they kept sending me to voicemail, and I left a voicemail that was never returned. I also submit a bad review to them, which they said they would respond to within 24 hours, but they never did. Don't hire this service unless you want your things to be stolen. beware of scam !! do not give this company your card. ashley obtained by my card for future services while awaiting scheduling. she then claimed the was present on property when she was not. she wrote she and had photos and gps , but could not provide them to support the charges for for a service she did not and could not have performed she not and did not know my address . i called cc company right away and had had people and camera on premised. s properlty , a legitimate company will bill after confirming time, date, and personnel read more

I previous tenant vacated, leaving her apartment beyond horribly filthy. I was already in the process of "flipping" two other vacant apartments, so I wanted some professional help with the filthy one. Veronica came to look at the apartment and go over the specific items I wanted cleaned, provided me with a quote, detailing everything they were going to clean and then scheduled the appointment. One woman showed up at 8:30am, as scheduled and another woman showed up about 10 minutes later (no big deal).... however, they were only here EXACTLY two hours, TO THE MINUTE, but I thought to myself that despite the apartment being in such a horrible condition, perhaps two "professionals" working together, maybe they were able to handle everything that quickly. As they were saying goodbye, I asked them point-blank if "this and that" were done. One of the women replied "yes, we even did on top of the cabinets.", so I took them for their word and let them leave without checking the work.... I have never been so wrong in my life... The place was still an absolute pig-stye! (Again, here is a link to after-photos: https://photos.app.goo.gl/GUTBjyFrUJu9cPGy7 ) -- It ended up taking me (by myself) FOUR HOURS to properly clean everything they were supposed to! The top of the cabinets WERE NOT DONE (see photos), the outside of the cabinets was done, but left sticky and the handles and very top ledge of each cabinet were not touched. The higher cabinets were only wiped as much as they could reach because they did not bring a step stool or bother asking me for one, so of course this means the inside of the cabinets were not done either. The toilet wasn't touched. They swept but left it in a pile for me to discard and last but not least, the windows looked worse than they did before they were "cleaned". The owner, Rita, was very professional and accommodated my schedule to come for a walk-through quote. I had a need to get cleaning services quickly and she made it happen! Three hard working young women arrived, masked and ready to deep clean. (To help get it all done early, Rita came and worked for a couple of hours, too) The cleaning crew was professional and focused, but also very friendly and warm. I had planned to just get the house cleaned once, then only occasionally after that. I think I want them regularly now! I could get used to this clean! read more

Rita from Golden Maids absolutely ripped us off. She gave us an initial quote for a deep clean that was ~$450. They only cleaned about half the house and then charged us at an hourly rate after telling us we would be charged the pre-quoted price. Her quote in reality was only half what the total cost would be. Very defensive about her quote. The cleaning that was done wasn't even stellar...dust left on walls, stains on toilet not cleaned, grease on stove. DO NOT USE THIS MAID SERVICE. Noella did a deep cleaning of my lower duplex. I was amazed when I walked through the door. Every corner, baseboard, and surface was clean. The stovetop was grossly dirty and Noella left it looking brand new. The shower doors were covered in soap scum and were now brighter than I had ever seen them. The outside and inside of the cupboards were cleaned well. The refrigerator was thoroughly cleaned. The fan blades, which I rarely cleaned, did not have a speck of dust.
