We are very happy with all the work he did on our home. He washed the windows, windows seals, house, deck, cleaned the gutters, replaced 4 screens and power washed our drive way. Everything looks great! Our windows have never been this clean. Garrett is professional, friendly and is very conscientious about doing a great job. We will have him back in the fall and highly recommend him. read more

I had a great experience with Garret and ViewRenew! From the info about available services on his website, scheduling either online or via email/text, and communication up to my service date via both text and email--it was all clear and seamless. I also really appreciated the option to not be present while he cleaned my windows. He is so genuine and personable and very much NOT 'big corporation with no customer service or personalized approach'. I would highly recommend ViewRenew to any friends or family seeking window washing. read more

ViewRenew is the best! We have had Garrett from ViewRenew clean our windows and sunroom floor-to-ceiling doors twice in the last two years. We could not be happier. We get incredibly clear glass, great communication by email and text, plus professional and friendly service. Highest recommendation. :-D P.S. Our location is Glendale, WI, not Chicago. I need to change that in Yelp. read more

I had Garrett pressure wash our two story farmhouse with his modern equipment. I did get an initial quote to wash our house and deck. He lowered the price a bit when he saw how small our deck was. He got all of algae, etc. off in a relatively short time. Very kind and polite. read more

View Renew did a great job on our tri level home! Garrett, the owner does an accurate quote very quickly and communication is very quick. He did a very thorough job cleaning the windows and screens inside and out, and the tracks. He is very speedy. Much appreciated and would highly recommend his services. read more

Garrett @ ViewRenew was everything I'd wish for in a home service provider - professional, communicative, friendly, and prompt. The gutters are squeaky clean now, too, of course. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ViewRenew to anyone in need of their services. read more

No one ever answered the phone. Tried many times on different days. Maybe they're not in business any more.

Garrett was incredibly easy to work with from scheduling a time to give me a quote to setting up the actual cleaning. Within about 5 hours, all of my windows and screens were clean and sparkling - I could immediately tell the difference in how the light was coming into the house! Pricing was fair for the amount of work completed! read more

I requested an estimate from a number of different window cleaning companies, but the response I got from Garrett at ViewRenew was immediate! I contacted him on Friday, and he came this morning (Tues.) to do the insides of our apartment windows plus the screens. Garrett did the job quickly, cleanly and professionally. I would highly recommend him for all window cleaning needs. The windows look great! read more

I am so happy with the service I received. First the ease of choosing which package I wanted, second with scheduling the service call and third (most important) the service provided by Kyle, his work was outstanding, the vinyl siding on my home and garage is now very beautifully clean. I really did not know what to expect and Kyle's expertise and the final result was beyond my expectations. I am one very happy and satisfied customer. I definitely will use your company in the future and tell everyone I know about your company and your outstanding service. Thank you, Mary N. read more

We have a lot of mature trees, and our gutters get a lot of leaves and debris. Garrett always cleans them very well. He is very nice, professional and fair with his pricing. We highly recommend his services! read more

I would have written this yesterday but I couldn't stop staring out our windows! Who knew the sun was so bright?! Our windows were last done over a year ago by my husband but despite his best efforts they weren't that clean. Doug and Garrett took care of everything! They moved furniture away from windows, removed screens, and most embarrassingly, vacuumed the wdinowsills because they were dusty (housecleaning is not my forte!). We had all our windows done inside and out and they even cleaned our bathroom mirrors- which go from counter to ceiling. They were fast, efficient, knowledgable, and thorough. They were also very careful inside the house which is always appreciated. I'd highly recommend them! read more

I've never had my windows professionally cleaned before, but they were getting really bad and everything I had done to clean them myself just seemed to make it worse. Now that the sun has finally come out, I had to admit they were just too dirty to ignore. I picked VuRenu based on the positive feedback here at Yelp, and they were great! I sent a contact request from their website and had a call back the next day, and an appointment later in the week. They called confirm my appointment the day before, and called the day of to let me know they were on their way. They showed up and did a great job! Clean windows inside and out! Both guys were very friendly and professional. I'd be happy to call them again when I'm ready for another cleaning. read more

Garrett did a super job for us. Not only did he do the outside and inside of the glass, he did a thorough job on the whole window track where a lot of dust and dirt accumulates. Plus a spectualar job helping me solve a bird problem in my soffit vents. At 30+ feet he installed a fine mesh screen on all the vents and twice used a borax wash solution to prevent any bird mites from establishing a foot hold on our home. He is tech savy and had the apps to look at what mites I might have and just a really great all around person to have around. He has the skills and the right equipment to do the job. I look forward to seeing him in the future when once again my windows get to where I can't or don't want to ignore them. read more

It is a pleasure to provide a highly favorable review for ViewRenew. i only heard of this business as of a few days ago as I searched for help to unclog a downspout much too high for me to safely reach. I found ViewRenew here on Yelp and the day after we connected Garrett was here and completed the work flawlessly. In addition I had my gutter fascias cleaned by him around the entire house. It is a major aesthetic improvement! He fully explained his cleaning methodology, which is more sophisticated than just power washing, in order to deliver a longer term solution. Everything was cleaned up completely. I cannot comment on whether his rates are market competitive, as I did not fully research the market. I do feel his charge for the two services was fair and the timeliness of response was exceptional. The website and instant bid process enables a quick and informed response to customer needs. I can highly recommend ViewRenew based on my experience. read more

ViewRenew cleaned my windows today, I could not be happier with the entire experience. Garrett and Zach arrived on time as planned, they did an awesome job! I made my appointment over the phone, I received a confirmation email with details and price confirmation. I received a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival confirming that they were on the way. This was the second time ViewRenew cleaned my homes windows, if you need your windows and windowsill's cleaned, give Garrett a call, you will not be disappointed! read more

I hired Viewrenew a couple of years ago and they did a great job at a reasonable price. The company has since changed hands and Mark Wilson took it over. I scheduled a cleaning of my gutters with them for November 28th. When he did not show up for his scheduled appointment or contact me, I had to follow up with him. He told me that he stopped by my house but that the job was bigger than he expected and could not do it for what the prior owner charged me. He then trippled the price. As it was so late in the season, I agreed because I wanted the job done. He again never contacted me or returned my phone calls. By the time I realized that he was not going to follow through on his promise to perform the service, it was too late in the season to hire anyone else. The whole reason I use Angieslist is to try to avoid unreliable contractors. I guess nothing is foolproof. Maybe I'll check out Home Advisor. read more

I cannot say ENOUGH good things about VuRenu and Garrett. First my windows are so sparkeling clear and clean- i love them!!! But it was his customer service that impressed me- he came out when i was in a pinch of needing them cleaned quickly and did an outstanding job- extremely professional, thurough, and courteous. I would highly recommend him. Thanks again Garrett! Dana H read more

Hired View Renew to clean the windows in my elderly mothers home. Garrett showed up promptly as scheduled & did an amazing job. Took out all screens to clean & washed all windows inside & outside including all the window sills. Outstanding. My mom is 92 & loves sitting in her rocking chair to look out of her sparkling clean windows Highly recommended. We will see Garrett again next year read more

Every time we call Garrett (aka Chief Niceness Officer)--and we've called him for any number of jobs--he's responsive, thorough, and, well, super nice. He goes above and beyond. This is a guy you want to know, a guy you can trust to do good work. A guy you can trust, period. Give this Nice Guy a chance to finish first, what do you say? read more

Garrett, the owner, is super professional and friendly. He called to confirm his appointment to clean my rather large house with lots of windows that hadn't been cleaned in 8 years! Yikes. He cleaned all the screens and windows, treated one part of my roof for moss and my driveway and back brick patio as well for moss. He was careful with my possessions, polite, and totally professional. The windows looked terrific...I just hate to think of it raining now that they're so nice and clean, but he can't control that I'm afraid. I would highly recommend his services. read more

He gave me an estimate. We made an appointment. I waited around for FOUR hours and he never showed up. No phone call either.

We needed our gutters cleaned really bad. Garret arrived exactly on time and was very quick and efficient. He made sure to talk to me and explain exactly everything he would do before he started. I definitely needed the gutters cleaned since there was debris in the downspout. Garret made sure to get all of the debris unclogged from all 7 of the downspouts. He also installed mesh filter in the downspouts (extra $) to prevent future clogs in the downspout. I will definitely be going back to View Renew again. read more

Garrett was great, he communicated quickly and frequently via e-mail and did a fantastic job on our property. We have a 2 story property, so he sent us pictures of the work after it was completed without us asking. We were really impressed by the service and the price was very reasonable too! read more

Can't really add much to what others have said---great job, great price, totally professional and personable! Garrett and his helper Doug worked a steady six hours on our windows and sidewalks. They were happy to attend to any small details. The results were amazing---the windows sparkle and the sidewalks look 50 years younger. . Garrett takes great pride in his work and I cannot imagine anyone who could do a better job. read more

I had them wash siding and gutters of my ranch and detached garage. Overall they did a great job, but never indicated they weren't going to clean the outside sill of the windows. They didn't even have to do them all, just the two on the side that I had expressed my main concerns of algae on - as soon as you got to that side of the house it immediately jumps out at you. So I still had to go borrow a pressure washer and take up an hour of my day. Minor scheduling changes as well, but for the price I'd have them back. read more

This company advertises 24 hr emergency service. Called on Saturday morning to schedule an estimate for a clogged downspout pouring gallons of water in the rain storm. I was told it may not happen until Monday (what constitutes an emergency?). Ok, Monday arrives. I call to give an additional number to reach me. I was called and told an estimate would be provided that day. Upon getting home after work, I find no estimate (was told I didn't need to be present). I called again, and was told they would check into it and get right back to me. No call received. Called again Tuesday morning and was told someone would call me back. No call Tuesday morning, no call Tuesday evening, it's now Wednesday...still no call. It's rained four times since my first call. Not 24 hr service, or 48, or 72. The Google reviews were not accurate in this case. Still no call back. I had to get someone else to help me. And no, I didn't do it myself. I'm a middle aged woman with no ladder. read more

I recently used VuRenu to clean the windows (inside and out) on my 3-story townhouse, pressure wash my decks and sidewalks and the outside of my house.
