Not only were they…read moreseverely clogged from years of neglect and pine needles, but we also had a persistent leak and overflow issue near our front entryway that seemed impossible to fix. From the moment I contacted them, the experience was 5-star. They were responsive, easy to schedule, and confirmed the appointment the day before. The technician arrived right on time and was incredibly courteous and professional. What sets Gutter Tuneup apart is the quality of the work and their willingness to go above and beyond. They didn't just scoop out debris; they performed a full system inspection. They found a crucial misalignment issue on the back of the house that was causing the major leak. Instead of just cleaning and leaving, they fixed the pitch and sealed the joint on the spot, solving a problem that multiple other companies missed or ignored. The gutters now flow perfectly, even during heavy rain. They also did the best cleanup I've ever seen--absolutely no mess, leaves, or debris were left on my lawn, deck, or driveway. They treated my property with respect. If you need basic cleaning or, like us, you need an expert to finally fix a recurring issue, stop searching and call Gutter Tuneup. They are worth every single penny. Highest recommendation possible!

Excellent Work and Service!!…read more The house is 30 years old, and we only needed one side of the house resided. The house is large and the area needing the work has more square footage than many smaller houses. The chimney box is also on this side of the house. The chimney needed to be partially rebuilt due to water damage and wood rot. Ridge Top was very knowledgeable and professional. We received 3 quotes; the fourth company would not come out because we were only doing one side of the house. Ridge top was in the middle for pricing. Anderw the salesperson was on time, professionally dressed and very knowledgeable. Steve Roberts, the onsite manager, was great and explained the process every step of the way. Steve ensured every part of the job was up to code and meet Ridge Tops high standards. (Their standards are very high). Javier Flores, the crew leader, is a master at his craft and his crew were great, very courteous, prompt, and clean (very clean) every day the work site was cleaned up. It took 4 days to complete the job, and the crew worked 10 to 14 hours each day. Javier, Steve and Andrew answered all our questions throughout the project. They met all our requests and even went above, like making a special cover for our water heater exhaust that matched the corner trim. We chose LP siding with a 30-year warranty on the paint. Ridge Top also provides a 7-year warranty on their work. We highly recommend Ridge Top for a siding project. We received excellent pricing on the job. We had a knowledgeable sales team (Andrew Kuehneman), excellent on-site management (Steve Roberts), and an excellent crew (Javier Flores). We love Ridge Top's 7-year warranty on workmanship. Ridge Top also had excellent financing options that we took advantage of. Great Job!! Thank you. Jeff and Melissa S.

The new dark shingles gave my house a complete face lift, a new look and I couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond in so many ways. Their entire team was professional, competent and continually kept me updated and was a joy to work with. They pointed out areas that needed repair that could have caused issues down the road that other roofers didn't even acknowledge. They also did an extra job that wasn't "roof related" but had the ability to do. This saved me from hiring another contractor. We expected our roof and gutters to last longer than three years, and unfortunately that is not the case. We invested in seamless gutters that were supposed to be customized and properly secured to our building, but that is not at all what we received. Community Roofing did not properly fasten the gutters to the fascia, so they are falling off of the building. In some sections, Community Roofing sloped the gutters toward our house instead of the downspouts, creating water intrusion problems. The shingles are already starting to look shabby and some have nails starting to protrude. The customer service has been even worse than the workmanship. We reached out to Community Roofing repeatedly and they just blew us off.

Overall, excellent experience. There was a fairly substantial (3 week) delay in getting the work…read moreunderway, but this is not unheard of in the home /repair contractor business. Also, the dumpster that was needed to be dropped measured 8X 20 ----a good peice of info to have. The quote I received to do the work was fair--this is a smaller, and, in my experience, honest local company that is not out to gouge you. Once they were able to show up and do the work, they were fast, professional, courteous and efficient. A crew of 3 guys tore my rotten clay tile roof off, and replaced it with asphalt shingle in just 1 day----- on a 25 x 25 ft Greendale original home with a pyramid hip roof, plus a small adjacent, 10 X 8 ft utility room roof, plus a cleaned up the yard fairly decently as well, before leaving that day. (The dumpster remained till the following day though--but it was also removed quickly at jobs end) The company has been professional during every step of the process. The crew cleaned up fairly well, but there were a few things --some tile chips and debris here and there, 2 or 3 roofing nails left in the driveway, some tile and debris on the front porch overhang, and some scrapes on the siding where tile had scraped when it was pushed off the roof--(which were easily removed with mineral spirits) , and a piece of scaffold equipment still up on the roof near the chimney which was possibly left for inspection purposes. I can't complain though --considering the monumental mess with piles of debris this job created. Owner Keith sent a follow-up guy to clean up these things to my satisfaction and the guy made sure I was happy with everything was A-OK before he left. The cleaner that was used to remove the scrape marks worked like a charm--with no marks visible after. The house looks exactly as it did before the job began except now it has a new roof! This company prides itself on doing a good job and getting Angie's List rewards, it means a lot to them. I thought the price for the job was fair. Also, they provide a 10-year warranty on their work, and the shingles themselves have a 50-year warranty on them, in case there are unforeseen issues ahead. They deserve the solid reviews they get. I would hire them again. And may do so for an attic insulation job, which they also specialize in.
