He was over the next day, and after assessing our gutters, provided "before" pictures so I knew what was going on. I authorized his work and he was done within three hours. He is very thorough, helpful, polite, and courteous. He also made a helpful recommendation for our chimney and having it examined. I was able to pay digitally, and he sent me a follow-up receipt with 40+ before and after pictures from different locations on our roof and down into the gutters. My neighbors and I signed a contract with Kalvin for alley snow plowing. After a heavy snowfall in November the alley was not cleared until 12 hours after the snow ended. In January he didn't clear the alley for 24 hours - his driver forgot about us. Today, after 12 inches of snow had fallen I called and he stated that the contract had ended the day before - March 15. He stated that he told all of his customers of this termination date, but he did not, and nowhere in the contract, his website, or any email or text correspondence I had with him is this date indicated. This is not only poor service but is a breach of our contract. A one-star review for this company is generous and I recommend anyone looking for service from him should look elsewhere.

I love the soothing rain sounds, but the loud noise created by this waterfall was annoying and causing dirt and build up along the wall and patio.
