Not only were they…read moreseverely clogged from years of neglect and pine needles, but we also had a persistent leak and overflow issue near our front entryway that seemed impossible to fix. From the moment I contacted them, the experience was 5-star. They were responsive, easy to schedule, and confirmed the appointment the day before. The technician arrived right on time and was incredibly courteous and professional. What sets Gutter Tuneup apart is the quality of the work and their willingness to go above and beyond. They didn't just scoop out debris; they performed a full system inspection. They found a crucial misalignment issue on the back of the house that was causing the major leak. Instead of just cleaning and leaving, they fixed the pitch and sealed the joint on the spot, solving a problem that multiple other companies missed or ignored. The gutters now flow perfectly, even during heavy rain. They also did the best cleanup I've ever seen--absolutely no mess, leaves, or debris were left on my lawn, deck, or driveway. They treated my property with respect. If you need basic cleaning or, like us, you need an expert to finally fix a recurring issue, stop searching and call Gutter Tuneup. They are worth every single penny. Highest recommendation possible!

EVERY single time I couldn't talk to anyone from the actual business, it was always an answering service that i had to continually repeat the entire explanation of what I needed from them, what my address was, what my phone number is, etc.. this went on for several months! Well, he never got back to me either. After about six months of trying to reach them, I received an email letting me know that they were too busy to be able to complete my job before winter. Not a phone call back. No one personally contacting me. These are not the kind of people I would want to do business with or spend my hard earned money on, do better TRC!!

He said we had hail damage and they would deal with insurance and possibly get a new roof. I had some concerns after reading the contract, so I said I would get back to him. I did some checking with BBB. No reviews. Still, as I committed, I called Jake. He said he would send me a link, as all reviews are for BBB at home office and not Wisconsin BBB. (Really??) Anyway, we agreed to meet later that week to move forward, understanding I would check other social media reviews as well. Jake did not send a link to Advocate BBB reviews. I checked social media, including Yelp, and found numerous concerns with work quality and integrity. Google reviews were generally good, indicating Advocate has been effective for some people. Then Jake no-showed on the appointment. No call. No email. Just no-show. Too many red flags, so I moved on to another contractor.
