They were out in 1 day to do the job. Chance showed up that morning to start the prep work and had Jose do the Knockdown Texture. Jose was very personable, efficient and clean. Never mind the gut feeling that I should've gone with Danny but lessons are learned the hard way sometimes... Fast forward months later, far too much frustration & regret, still waiting for a botched job to be complete & the original contractor no longer showing up to finish the job, I contacted Danny again asking him for another quote to finish the work and hoping he wouldn't be insulted that I didn't go with him originally. Needless to say, he was incredibly cool about it and was able to stop by within a couple of days to see what his guys were working with. Not only is the bigger job now complete within a couple of weeks of me contacting Danny, but also a few other smaller areas that had been an eye sore for too many years. Danny always responds quickly, communicated frequently throughout the process, checks in on his team and answered all of the many, many questions I've had along the way. I tend to notice every imperfection and have yet to find any with the work done by his team. His team is efficient, skilled, friendly and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Also, it's awesome to have contractors show up on time when they say they will to do the job (not always my experience)! I highly recommend Danny's for any size drywall job you need done. My husband hired Todd to install an attic access door in our garage. We purchased and picked up the…read moredoor ourselves. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the quality of the installation and the attention to detail. When Todd began the installation, he did not place a drop cloth over our garage shelving, resulting in sawdust being spread all over the shelves and surrounding area. Our garage is very clearly kept clean, so this was frustrating. After the installation was complete, I asked Todd to demonstrate that the ladder pulled down and functioned properly. When he did, the ladder hit our shelving unit, which was directly underneath the access door, and scuffed the newly installed door. Todd stated that the ladder had worked properly when he installed it. However, during the installation he had removed the 2-inch installation portion from the ladder, which affected how it operated. He told me that removing the top shelf from our storage rack should resolve the issue. After removing the top shelf, we inspected the installation more closely. We found several significant workmanship issues: * There were approximately 1-inch gaps between the access door and the attic beams, and these gaps had not been shimmed. * Only the minimum number of screws had been used to secure the access door, despite the fact that those screws were essentially what was supporting the ladder and the weight of anyone using it. * The anchors that came with the access door had not been installed. * The framing around the access door was visibly crooked, indicating that the opening had not been measured and cut accurately. We contacted Todd about these issues, and he did return to make corrections. However, during the repair, he added wood to bridge the gaps but then failed to reinstall two of the required screws in the access door. Ultimately, we were left having to inspect the installation ourselves and identify problems that should have been caught by the person performing the work. If you hire Todd, I would strongly recommend having a good understanding of the job yourself and carefully inspecting his work afterward to make sure everything has been installed correctly and securely. Based on our experience, we would not hire him again.

If he has worked with this group of guys for ten years, why has his company only been incorporated since 1-2-2024. What was the name of previous company and why are reviews from 2024-25 only? What happened to respecting the customer and allowing the customer to have an opinion?
