He instantly knew what was done wrong, what would be needed to fix it and how long it would take, which was significantly less time than the original work we had done by someone far less experienced. Christopher and his team are clearly experts with older homes like ours and they do a phenomenal job, very detail oriented and focused on perfection. Their services are well worth it if you want the job done right! Our dining room was originally natural wood with a deep red color, which we wanted painted white to brighten up the space. The person who we hired to paint it white previously did not use the proper materials, which ended in many layers of unnecessary paint and he didn't fill in all the gaps and holes that show up when painting natural wood white, so it looked very poorly done. The original painter also didn't know what to do with the radiator that was also dark red, so it turned out completely blotchy. Christopher's team came in and had the botched paint job sanded down, the holes/cracks filled and the space prepared for spraying in just a half day. It was remarkable how much better it looked after just a few hours. When they were done after two days, it was impeccable. They came back a week later to get all the hardware reinstalled and put it all back in working order. Some additional adjustments had to be made for the built in, which they made sure were done well for proper use. They also were able to squeeze us in as quickly as possible during rain days that they couldn't do their outside jobs, which we were very grateful for given the lost time of the original job. I paid $6000 for a completely unfinished sunroom. Someone else has to come and fix this entire project. Once I opened up my floors, the support beams per 18in were not installed before the floors were screwed in. It is not even close to what was agreed in our contract. His car died in my driveway and I had to jump him. He needed to borrow a hammer from me. He asked me to borrow a 19mm socket (never returned it.) He lacked communication for days. He said his car broke down, and his phone broke down... I fired him after 10 days on a project that was supposed to take 2 days. When I said I would not be paying $500 for materials (already gave 6k...) the project completely stood still. Do NOT hire this guy- dont give him a dime. You will be left with unfinished project and hiring someone else to finish the job once you get a 2nd opinion.

He was able to refill the holes, finish, and paint them such that there's absolutely no indication that there was ever 30 holes in our first floor walls (we had no insulation in our 1930s-era home's first-floor walls).
