He explained to me that his jobs are, 'Fillers' for a group he has worked with for ten plus years. If he has worked with this group of guys for ten years, why has his company only been incorporated since 1-2-2024. What was the name of previous company and why are reviews from 2024-25 only? If he speaks so highly of them, why contract? They have other jobs. I made it clear I want to work with a company that employs their crew. He did not respect my opinions. What happened to respecting the customer and allowing the customer to have an opinion?

While they were not the least expensive, I selected them after reviewing the job with Christo, the owner. He was very knowledgeable and was straight forward regarding the extent of possible issues that may be uncover when the shingles are removed from such an older building (1929). Christo has an extensive portfolio of quality materials to choose from and his suggestions really helped steer me towards the best possible outcome. The work began very shortly after the paperwork was completed and even after finding that the original roof had 3 layers of failed shingles in some areas, had extensive wood rot at the decking, fascia and soffit areas, needed replacement roof ventilation and also required additional work to remove an old school TV antenna... the roof was completed beautifully and ahead of schedule! Communication was on-going and professional throughout the entire job. The clean up was meticulous and complete. Gutters and downspouts were installed a few days later and the house really looks great! I can 100% recommend 1st Choice Roofing... and have already passed their contact information on to both family and friends.

Josh came out right away to secure a tarp on our roof to prevent further damage. Once our insurance adjuster came out and determined that they would provide us very minimal coverage for the damage, Josh took it to the next level for us. It was a tedious and drawn out process but in the end we were awarded the funds to cover our new roof and our expenses for the damage to our bathroom. Josh was very on the ball and attentive to getting things taken care of for us. He came out and met with us to determine which product we wanted to use for our new roof as well as a tentative start date for the job (obviously weather permitting). When he noticed that an upcoming weekend had some promising weather, he reached out to us to confirm if this would work with our schedule. He arranged for the materials and dumpster to be delivered. On the day of install, his crew showed up and were all very professional. Came at 8am on Saturday morning and were done by noon on Sunday. Excellent site clean up from all of them. The only evidence that they had been there was our new roof and the dumpster full of materials in our driveway. Josh immediately had the dumpster removed from our property as well. Very attentive and accessible during the entire process from start to finish. 5 star rating for this company and Josh from our first encounter until the job was complete.

Please make sure you open "not recommended" - chances are the majority are valid and the positive ones are paid or fake somehow. 2: If a quote request comes, be a decent business and respond, even if it's to respectfully decline to serve.
