Never called back to set up an appointment to come out and do an estimate. Obviously, they must not need the business!!!

Had a few delays due to COVID, which is understandable. Very friendly staff to deal with. Installer was wonderful! Patio door looks great.

I had not heard of Malarkey shingles, and prior to the home show had received eight estimates from roofing companies. I showed Adam the estimate that I received from the roofing company I was going to use. I pulled up files with the names of the other companies that's sent representatives to give me estimates. Adam felt strong that Mark would be able to beat the price. I made it clear what my budget was and it wouldn't include shingles, gutters, and replacement of any facia boards that needed to be replace replace replaced. I also emphasize. I do not want a hard self. Mark O'Neill called me the following evening Anne Wood only push an emphasize the malarkey brand. I had chosen Owen's Corning Duration. What I thought was rude and unprofessional was his attitude about other companies. He also mentioned that he contracts the work out. He delivers the materials, but usually is not on site for the job. He explained to me that his jobs are, 'Fillers' for a group he has worked with for ten plus years. If he has worked with this group of guys for ten years, why has his company only been incorporated since 1-2-2024. What was the name of previous company and why are reviews from 2024-25 only? If he speaks so highly of them, why contract? They have other jobs. I made it clear I want to work with a company that employs their crew. He did not respect my opinions. What happened to respecting the customer and allowing the customer to have an opinion?

However, toward the end of the project, we hit a major communication hiccup regarding our sunburst gable accent. After multiple unanswered calls and unreturned texts--even though they were marked as read--we were essentially ghosted right before our deadline, forcing us to coordinate with other team members just to get confirmation. While we appreciated the initial great service, the lack of follow-through and communication at the finish line was very frustratingcoordinate with other team members(John, Caroline) just to get confirmation. I made that very clear to the scheduler. The scheduler confirmed that that could be done. I subsequently received an email confirming the appointment. I replied, repeating my insistence that I simply wanted the repair made in a single visit without a separate visit from an estimator. Sure enough, an estimator arrived 20 minutes late without any equipment. He was downright rude when I complained, saying "no one does business that way." I told him that Guardian was put on notice at least twice that I was not interested in a two step process. I would not have bothered taking time off from work had they simply told me they required a two step process. At my request, the manager called me, and I explained the situation. She was pleasant on the phone and said that she would she she could find someone in the organization to address the issue. I forwarded the earlier email for her records. She promptly acknowledged receipt. That was all two weeks ago. I never heard from her again. She did not respond to three follow-up emails of increasing urgency. The repair still have not been made, and I am back to square one. I DID receive a robotext asking me to rate my experience. (eyeroll). Stay away from these people. They are arrogant and beyond worthless unless you have a major project, and even then you have to worry about how they respond to a problem. Dear Guardian: am sorry I am not worth your precious time. It will not happen again.

Infinity Roofing. Recommended to us by a friend, Infinity has become our go to for those projects…read morethat I just won't be doing myself. I'm an electrician by trade, there are many things I will do, roofs and doors aren't on that list. Our first project was quoted by a salesperson named Aaron and it was a rip and replace of our roof. He was a good guy and came in and gave us a solid deal with all the service and upgrades I was looking for. Financed this venture through Enerbank USA and paid it off interest free in the years' time allotted. Our latest venture happened through a simple phone call. We had just dealt with the seriously cold Polar Vortex and noticed some issues with our doors. Infinity happened to call us to check on our roof and during this conversation, I had requested anyone with experience with doors. Well guess what, they do doors! About a week later a salesperson named Mark came out and gave us, the Provia doors booklet and a bit of homework. He then came back and we proceeded to build some doors, three to be exact. Again, we will be going with the 12-month interest free financing. We are excited as can be to get these new doors installed and seal this house up. In the business of home remodeling, there are many fast wheelers and dealers out there. We personally have found Infinity to be more of a partner than just a contractor in our home ventures. You really get what you pay for these days and pay for what you get, so why not deal with a company that has your back? I'll throw some pics up once our doors are installed. It was a little pricier than we initially expected but I am expecting the quality of the goods to be second to none. Another plus is not only did we get a deal for the time of year we are purchasing but we also received a nice loyalty discount of an additional 5% since we are on our second project with Infinity. That's what's up as every penny counts!

Each time they ask me if the work is acceptable, and then make me take pictures to explain the problems (again). Please be prepared for this type of workmanship and customer service.

Elite Exteriors was able to get Zack out to check out this roof next day. The inspection and estimate of the roof on our pending home purchase performed by Zack and Elite Exteriors quickly became our #1 pick (we had 3). Zack was the only one who actually got up on the roof, took pictures and thoroughly explained how Elite Exteriors would tackle the job. The other 2 estimators didn't even get on the roof before they gave us a price. Zack presented us with... hands down..... THE BEST description of work to be performed, price and promise of exceptional service. He lived up to all of the above! We are so happy we chose Elite Exteriors and can't say enough good things about Zack.... he was a pleasure to work with!!! The roof was done in one day and the guys did an exceptional job of cleaning up before they left. The next day I looked out my window and saw Zack walking around my yard picking up smaller pieces of packaging/trash that had been missed. I would hire Zack and this company again in a heartbeat!!!

The new dark shingles gave my house a complete face lift, a new look and I couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond in so many ways. Their entire team was professional, competent and continually kept me updated and was a joy to work with. They pointed out areas that needed repair that could have caused issues down the road that other roofers didn't even acknowledge. They also did an extra job that wasn't "roof related" but had the ability to do. This saved me from hiring another contractor. We ran into a little "snafu" (which can happen!) but they addressed it expeditiously and efficiently. I would highly recommend them! I trusted them which is so crucial in making such a large investment. And of course, get other bids. But no one will be able to match what they can and will do. Thanks to all involved!!

We expected our roof and gutters to last longer than three years, and unfortunately that is not the case. We invested in seamless gutters that were supposed to be customized and properly secured to our building, but that is not at all what we received. Community Roofing did not properly fasten the gutters to the fascia, so they are falling off of the building. In some sections, Community Roofing sloped the gutters toward our house instead of the downspouts, creating water intrusion problems. The shingles are already starting to look shabby and some have nails starting to protrude. The customer service has been even worse than the workmanship. We reached out to Community Roofing repeatedly and they just blew us off.
