Infinity Roofing. Recommended to us by a friend, Infinity has become our go to for those projects that I just won't be doing myself. I'm an electrician by trade, there are many things I will do, roofs and doors aren't on that list. Our first project was quoted by a salesperson named Aaron and it was a rip and replace of our roof. He was a good guy and came in and gave us a solid deal with all the service and upgrades I was looking for. Financed this venture through Enerbank USA and paid it off interest free in the years' time allotted. Our latest venture happened through a simple phone call. We had just dealt with the seriously cold Polar Vortex and noticed some issues with our doors. Infinity happened to call us to check on our roof and during this conversation, I had requested anyone with experience with doors. Well guess what, they do doors! About a week later a salesperson named Mark came out and gave us, the Provia doors booklet and a bit of homework. He then came back and we proceeded to build some doors, three to be exact. Again, we will be going with the 12-month interest free financing. We are excited as can be to get these new doors installed and seal this house up. In the business of home remodeling, there are many fast wheelers and dealers out there. We personally have found Infinity to be more of a partner than just a contractor in our home ventures. You really get what you pay for these days and pay for what you get, so why not deal with a company that has your back? I'll throw some pics up once our doors are installed. It was a little pricier than we initially expected but I am expecting the quality of the goods to be second to none. Another plus is not only did we get a deal for the time of year we are purchasing but we also received a nice loyalty discount of an additional 5% since we are on our second project with Infinity. My family noticed that a group of shingles on the attached garage facing the front porch raised up coming out of the previous winter of 2025. Again this shows the quality of installation or the lack of isn't a standard this company advertises. The consumer needs to feel that a roof is installed correctly and will get at least 20 years. Again, be aware before a purchase. read more

AVOID INFINITY EXTERIORS AT ALL COSTS They did not fulfill multiple aspects of the contract, our roof has been leaking all week just shortly after installation, and the company has failed to acknowledge or remedy this. They also chipped paint all over the exterior of the house and damaged our brand new windows. In addition, they reused extremely rusted materials despite the contract specifying they would be replaced. When told of these, the quality manager came out -- he papered over some issues, said he would get back to me on others (and didn't), and told me the area with ripped metal where water was getting in was "fine" (that night, we had even more water coming in). Our package also included a "50 point inspection" afterwards to ensure everything was installed properly. Not only did this not happen, but when the Quality Manager came out in response to my complaints he admitted multiple things were missed on initial installation. These were only caught by me having to go up on my roof and check, instead of the 50 point inspection. I am more than happy to update this review should the company decide to fulfill the contract and fix the failing roof. For now, I am forced to spend my time and energy calling, consulting lawyers, and contacting NARI. read more

Dear Jessica D., Based upon your comments, you are obviously misinformed. The (2) failures we experience were to the infinity repairs, nothing else contributed. The other side of the house was repaired by another contractor. You are welcome to visit to see the difference in their quality of work vs. Infinity. I am sure if you are a responsible business owner, you will be disappointed. Also, just as your president refused to address that the work was not done to manufacturer's specifications, you failed to address it. I sent the manufacturer's documentation via e-mail to your president in October, 2023, so he has a copy. At the top of page 4, it points out the requirements for applying TPO, which Infinity used. read more

"Meticulous quality" - not a chance. Product quality, installation quality, coordination, problem-solving, accountability, candor, attention to detail, follow-through, and professionalism were all below expectations. We experienced deficiencies in communication, service, lack of project management and oversight that resulted in communication gaps, leaving us feeling ghosted for months. The installation of 8 double hung windows and one fixed panel/slider combination window took 21 months from the time of order (March 2022 to November 2023) footnote - at one point during the project, Infinity blamed the supplier (Marvin) for some issues. That's not good form. If Infinity doesn't think Marvin is a good supplier, they shouldn't install Marvin products. footnote 2 - Infinity's owners, Josh and MJ, did not reply to our concerns. I needed a very large window (actually 6 windows according to condo specifications). I worked with David, a very thorough and helpful salesperson. He talked with me about options and prices, and I ordered the windows from them. They arrived sooner than expected, and Mark and Ricardo were the installers. It was a complex install, and they were excellent. The install took from 9 am until they finished at about 5. They ran into a few unexpected issues along the way, but took care of them professionally. I had asked that people in my house be masked. Mark was the only one who worked inside, and he was always masked. When they left, the job was done to perfection and all was cleaned up. I highly recommend them for windows, especially if you can have Mark and Ricardo install. read more

Options were presented and styling of the doors was left to my preferences and price points. I prefer to write positive reviews however I feel taken advantage of by a multimillion-dollar company that cares more about getting their check rather than the quality of their employees or workmanship and I don't want it to happen to another homeowner. We had gotten a quote from Infinity along with several other roofing companies and decided to choose Infinity because they offer other services such as window replacement that we knew we would need in the future. After getting the quote we got on their schedule to have the roof replaced. Once the roofing project was started, they found there was more damage under the shingles than they originally thought. Our sales guy told us this was a possibility so that wasn't a huge issue however they had also told us they could save and reuse our gutters since they were bought from Infinity in 2014 however that did not end up being the case and we had to purchase all new gutters. Our original quote was around $10,000 and we ended up paying around $16,000. A HUGE change in price that we did not expect. They had to order the gutters and it took almost 2 weeks for them to get back to our home to get the gutters on. We had workers showing up at our house unexpectedly in the evenings and on Saturday mornings. After doing the final walk through with our project manager and him accepting the final check he sent us photos. In the photos I did not see the gutter guards we had requested and paid for. I asked for verification that those were installed and got a call telling me that they had forgotten to install them and that a crew would be coming back to get those installed. If I had not followed up, we never would have known that we paid for something that was not installed. They then came to install the gutter guards. I then got a call from Jim the operations manager telling me that he saw photos of the gutter guards and that they were not installed properly and that someone would have to come back to fix them... very concerning. I expressed to him our concerns and was dismissed with a half-assed apology and no explanation. Our "project manager" had no communication and had left the company or was let go towards the end of our project. We ended up following up and managing our whole project ourselves. I have gotten calls from Infinity employees and from their quality control. I explained to quality control how badly everything went and how disappointed we were. A few days later I got a call from Sam Ward (VP of Sales/Part Owner) and he said that he wanted to come out to our house personally to give us peace of mind. He heard and understood my frustrations on the phone and we scheduled a time for him to come out. The following week he came out to our house to check out the roof and we talked. This conversation did not go well as our previous conversation went over the phone. He told me that his main concern was that workers were showing up to our house without us knowing. This was not my concern and we couldn't agree on much. His best solution was to offer a small refund check which I accepted. I also asked for him to send over verification of what we paid for and discounts that were applied. He never sent this to me and I had to follow up with their office in which he sent me an email that said "After checking I can confirm that you did receive the discount." I asked for a document to show that and heard nothing back. We never got any sort or refund check either. We are very disappointed in the way our whole project went with Infinity and do not feel we were treated well as clients. read more

Left the house a disaster for a year. Didn't finish the job, left two windows unrepaired and still got paid by the city. Sidings still a wavy mess, doors not trimmed level. We recently called this company to get an inspection for our cedar shake roof, knowing that some work is possibly needed, but unsure as to how much work. Salesmen and project managers are very charming. The work crews are all about speed. The roofers destroyed one of my new gutter toppers. They were working in the dark, so I have doubts about the quality of my new roof. The siders slashed three of my screens. They had also taken off my outside light fixtures, and attempted to put them back up. Two were upside down, all four were wired wrong. The mitered trim looks sloppy around several of my windows. We asked for compensation for the damage done, but they ignored us, because we had paid the invoice right away. read more

Wow I can't put into words how happy we are with Infinity Exteriors. We had a new roof and they dismantled the old unused chimney. Looks great! We also had windows replaced in our living room which was very cold in winter and hot in summer. We get the hot west sun in the afternoon and you can't tell the difference in the temperature from the morning. Very comfortable. We also had new siding and decided to go with LP smart siding. It's beautiful! The real test will come in winter but I'm sure with the comfort, especially in the living room, we are experiencing in the summer it will be great. We have actually had people stop while driving by and say how beautiful the house is. Thanks guys, you all did a great job! We highly recommend! read more

Very pleased with the service. They came out and put new windows in for us including our large window in the front room. Very nice work. When I noticed a hole in one of the screens, I notified them right away, and it was fixed that same day. We also had them do a roof repair for us, technician was very professional. I'm a 30 year business man and my experience is stay away from this crooked company. Tim Brown was my estimator, came and did a quote for 29k, I wouldn't sign right away so he dropped it to 27k. I still delayed and he dropped it to 25k. I told him need more time, as he walked out the door he said I can drop it 2k more. This scream rip off. Days later Tim started blowing up my phone, I got another quote for 17.5k, Tim told me he would match it. Its like the psycho girlfriend that won't go away and you know if you stay with her it's gonna end bad. This company is just that, bad news. We have been super happy with how easy it was to set up our appointment. Ben came out just a couple days later to estimate for us and work with insurance to bring their original estimate up to par. It has been a long process but Ben has kept us informed and even came to remove our siding to send in for our insurance to make sure it was in fact discontinued like he told them. He was able to get all of our siding covered. We are getting siding, roofing, and new upstairs windows and can't wait to see the final product. read more

I'm writing this review two months after our project was completed. I wanted some time to consider my words. I didn't want to write a review in anger. So, here's my story. After getting five quotes for a new roof, I persuaded my husband that we should go with Infinity Exteriors because I was sold on a few key words that the salesman kept repeating--professional, attentive to detail, and meticulous. For those words I was willing to pay $4,000 more than any other roofer's quote (and that is after the discount I received for agreeing to write five reviews). Well, after dealing with Infinity Exteriors for close to three weeks to complete a brand new roof and gutter, I can honestly say, I feel sick about my decision. Here's what I've learned. The words professional, attentive to detail, and meticulous refers to the clean up process, NOT the installation OR the workmanship The job site was always cleaned up very well at the end of each work day, however, a few areas of poor installation that had to be redone left me feeling less than confident about the quality of the rest of the work. We were out of our garage (dumpster placed in front of it) for two weeks for a job that took four days once it got started. There were NO WEATHER DELAYS, just terrible communication. We were told on four different occasions that "the job would start tomorrow." There was always a polite apology about the miscommunication, but it became infuriatingly laughable. On at least two different occasions, the project manager told me he could not find the crew. At one point I called the office to see, if perhaps they knew where the crew was. They assured me that the disorganization of the project was not the norm. They had many positive reviews (which I read prior to hiring them) and this was not indicative of their normal customer experience. I was told one of the crews had been fired. Communication between scheduling, crews, and project managers seems non-existent. It may take NUMEROUS visits and redos to get things right--at your insistence! My suggestion is to take detailed pictures of your roof and house BEFORE the installation, so when they say, "Your chimney flashing looked like that before," you have a point of reference. READ the contract and look at exact measurements so there aren't any misunderstandings. They will hold firm to the contract. However, verbal things like, "We'll tarp your house so your new paint job won't be nicked or scuffed," aren't done. When I mentioned the house not being tarped as he promised, the salesman said the crew would be reprimanded or fired. Another crew fired? Maybe this is why the workmanship isn't that great--no crew is ever around long enough to learn anything. I also didn't realize that the roofing crews weren't their employees--they are subcontracted. I have very high expectations, and I signed a contract with a company who supposedly had those same high expectations. This is definitely a case of being over promised and under delivered! And, while everything has been rectified to my satisfaction, (it took the project manager an entire Saturday to redo the things his crew did a horrendously sloppy job installing) I don't feel any better about this company. I would NOT recommend this company for any service. They do not stand by their service. Very nice when taking our money but not so nice when we needed service after the sale. Project was roofing and siding for our detached garage. Contacted their office as well as 2 other contractors on the same day(this point will made clear later). Very pleasant women told me that Victor would be contacting me within a day or two, and the next day Victor did in fact call to set an appointment for the following week. Victor was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of both roofing and siding products and services his company could provide. Told him we were in a bit of a time crunch because we were getting landscape work done around the garage by the middle to end of May. He got on the phone to a Project Manager who said it was doable within a 3 week window. Worked for us, contract signed. This was a Wednesday. Got a call the following Monday from Jim, the Project Manager asking if they could get started this week! Materials and dumpster were delivered around 7:30 - 8:00 on Tuesday. Roofers were here around 12:30, done with tear off, reroof and clean up by 4:30. Looked great and nicely done, especially the clean up. Rained Wednesday and Thursday, Jim called Thursday afternoon to say siding crew will be out Friday morning around 9:00. Didn't arrive until after 11:00, but went right to work. Left at 4:00, didn't communicate when they would return, which I thought was odd. Returned early Monday and Tuesday to finish the job, and again, it looked great. Without standing a foot away, you would never see the seams. Just amazing! Now, honestly there were a few miscommunications and situations regarding correct color of products, but the ability and ease of contacting Victor and Jim, even on a Saturday, was unbelievable. These guys really represented their company well, and their customer service was a quality that will leave me recommending Infinity Exteriors for a long time to come. When we need a new roof on the house, this company will be getting the call. Thanks Infinity for a job well done. By the way, those two other companies I left a message with; one contacted me a little over a week AFTER the job was done, and I have yet to hear from the other. Snooze you lose fellas! read more

While I appreciate your response, damage to my driveway was extensive. We've had other work done such as the removal of very mature trees which require heavy machinery without issue. If there was a concern about the driveway it certainly should have been discussed before the job. In addition, your failure to not notify us is a poor business practice. You left it up to us to approach you when the damage was obvious and extensive. I'm sure there will be an excuse for this as well. I stand by my statement that you offered less than one third of the cost to repair the driveway, since the cost to repair was 3,900. In short I stand by my original review and conclusion. read more

I will try to keep this short. I have waited weeks till i had toime to completely digest the events. I am retired, skilled and experienced in the trades plus i have many decades as a skilled US Gov. licensed technician and inspector. The only thing keeping this from being a two star were the two guys nailing down the shingles. I watched them like an FAA Inspector. They aligned each shingle before nailing them x5. One of these guys did accidentally sent a nail into a freshly laid shingle. They pulled the nail and put sealant under the shingle. So my roof is not vergin right off the bat. The roof looks good but not my driveway. I was up on the roof the entire time with this "good crew." I saw all their flaws and was shocked. My driveway now has approximately 30 feet of grooves cut into it by the carpenter of the crew. He cut plywood for repairs right on my driveway surface with NOTHING under it and just cut away with his Skill Saw. He cut through the wood and right into my driveway. I showed the Project Manager the cuts and he said "well when you seal the driveway next time it will fill in all the cuts." This crew carpenter cut plywood repairs way to small leaving 1/2" to 3/4" gaps or cut them to big. If they were to big he just beat on the plywood or jumped up and down on it till it went in. This was done to the GREAT amusement of the other crew members. Again the carpenter guy tried to drive an 8 common nail but it bent over. Instead of pulling the bent nail out, he just hammered it till it laid horizontally and smashed into the plywood. In front of the crew I dug it out and put in a nail correctly. They cut shingles on newly laid Ice Barrier cutting through the shingle into the Barrier. I mentioned this to the Project Manager and he said " the shingles will cover it up." Ice Barrier is self sticking on one side. One section of the Barrier had waves in it after being laid.I brought this to the Crew Leadman and he said "we will cut the Barrier it full width at the waves to get it flat." So much for Ice Barrier integrity. One guy just threw the styrofoam vent chutes into the attic between the roof raters. The chutes say right on them Staple Here. None of ours were stapled or pushed down into the eaves correctly. I corrected this myself. The Project Manager was going to subtract my time from the bill but I said no thanks. My brown Valley W Flashing was dented and scratched. One 3" dent almost went through the flashing. I mentioned this to the Project Manager and he said "it probably happened by dragging stuff over it." For brevity these are only a few of the problems/issues. The only time the Project Manager said sorry was when I handed him the final $10,000.00 balance payment. They were very rough removing the old gutter and down spout. Luckily the aluminum gave way before damage was done to my four year old Hardie Board. I did spoke to a manager there. They fixed some stuff and offered to replace the scratched and dented W Valley Flashing. I declined, saying it would disturb to many newly installed shingles. For the cuts in my driveway they offered to give us $300 off the bill. We told them to donate that amount to a local private animal shelter in our name. Which they did. If you use this company you or somebody knowledgeable in this type work must oversee EVERYTHING all the time. The clean up guy worked hard for 12 hours picking up all the stuff as it came off the roof. I hope my photos will post here correctly. read more

I had made plans to work with Infinity Exteriors on a project, and the project had to be postponed. In the meantime, I experienced an issue with my roof and Jake was extremely responsive and kind to come to my home (within a matter of days) to evaluate the situation and also remedy it at no cost to me. He did not have to do that, and I was prepared to pay for the service. Jake was extremely compassionate to me during a time when I simply needed some help. It was a huge blessing, and I am most thankful! I still plan to work with Infinity Exteriors when the timing is right to resume my original project. If you are looking for a botched job and to have your home continually fall to pieces from day 1 and still almost nearly a year after the job is complete, then Infinity Exterior LLC are your people! If you think you can just call when there is a problem, plan on keeping a log of how many times you call, how many time they don't respond, and how many times they say they will show up and then just ghost you, then these are your guys! If you think their "warranty" will cover your problems, think again! They already got paid for their shit job, so they dont give two shits if they fix their bullshit job. Oh! And if you want to transition your yard to a free storage unit and dumpster, you can count on these guys too!! Good luck on getting your job done in a timely manner...they can take their sweet time getting done or never even show for the job some days and you will have a home project that you will have regret having done through Infinity Exteriors LLC. Deciding to trust Infinity to do a good job on my new roof was a huge mistake. I feel like an idiot for believing the commercial and deciding to hire them to put a $16.5k roof on my house last summer. Not ONE thing in this process went smoothly. Just to mention a few for this review... there were issues with scheduling, cracks in my driveway from the shingle delivery, communication, cleanup, damage to my gutters, siding, deck, trim, tree, edging, having them come out five times to fix shoddy work, and now still finding out where they cut corners and tried to hide things. Now I'm supposed to trust them when I have leaks in my master bathroom and they tell me it's not the new roof. Apparently, it's not their responsibility to prove it is not the roof that is causing the leak rather it's my job to prove them wrong. Interestingly, they put screw holes in the new roof to hold the flashing down that is above the leak area. Infinity said it's the siding so I'm going to take their advice and find out if they are correct. If not, I will file a Better Business Bureau complaint for the damage their work has done to the interior of my house. BTW - there are screw holes on most of the flashing. A different contractor told me this should NOT have been done because they are putting new holes in the new roof. When I asked them about this, they did not bother answering me. Instead they said, "At this point I do not think that it is possible for Infinity to satisfy you as a customer". I'm telling you, this roofing project has been a complete nightmare! Ironically, you can see the project proudly shown on Youtube. They have their truck and trailer driving up my driveway AFTER I told them not to put any more weight on the cement after it was damaged by ABC Supply (the shingle distributor they used). Take my advice, take pictures of everything because you will need them for proof when they damage something and take off of work and watch everything from the shingle drop off to the final nail they put in your roof, or the nail you accidentally step on in your yard because they didn't pick them all up. Also, the "heavy" discount was $1K or 6% so I don't think this was even close to making up for the time I took off of work or the many nights I had to leave early to deal with the 30 plus issues I experienced. When they say "Meticulous" and "all of their customers are satisfied", don't believe it! read more

Outstanding! We had a complete tear-off of our roof and new gutters. They are the only company out of three that even bothered to analyze our attic ventilation and provide a solution so we wouldn't have a reoccurrence of mold. They spent 2 hours with us discussing the particulars and the installation was seamless and fabulous. They did a superb job. I would recommend without reservation! read more

When I called and asked for availability (and a quote) on my pressing roof problem the person I was transferred to did not even let me finish explaining my situation before rudely telling me, "No." As they, not so friendly, explained the no I realized they misunderstood what I was asking (because I was cut off before I could finish). The cold response I got after I reexplained myself was just a (very high) starting price. No apology or any sympathy. I could tell they just wanted me off the phone.
