EVERY single time I couldn't talk to anyone from the actual business, it was always an answering service that i had to continually repeat the entire explanation of what I needed from them, what my address was, what my phone number is, etc.. this went on for several months! I even actually received a phone call back from one of their sales people following up on replacing my roof? He had no idea I had been leaving messages and said he would get back to me. Well, he never got back to me either. After about six months of trying to reach them, I received an email letting me know that they were too busy to be able to complete my job before winter. All that was required was some caulking around the chimney flashing and the guys left for a total of about 30 minutes of actual time they were at our home. The bill came a couple weeks later at $525 ! The bill was not itemized, so we called for clarification. There was time for travel, okay, fine. There were materials such as gloves, caulk. Okay, makes sense, but still does not add up. "Oh and don't forget the $250 service charge." A service charge that was never mentioned until we questioned the bill. There are plenty of upfront and honest roofing contractors out there We will not be using Great Lakes again.
