So they had to bring in secondary people during the job. One of the men they brought in was extremely rude, and I had to ask him to leave my house. Additionally they were installing one of the windows in my kitchen. I overheard them say "oh my god did you see that ? And the guy he was working with said "no bro I didn't see anything" I called into the office to say like look, I'm not trying to confront your people while they're here wondering if you can just check in. I feel like something has gone wrong. She said she didn't. They absolutely everything was fine but it was not. The installer was trying to put trim around only one of my window (same place I heard the installers talking) and it's because they cut into my wall and we're trying to cover it up by putting trim there. They did repair that They also installed one set of 3 windows incorrectly and had to return to reinstall them , the person that came back said the way they were installed was absolutely incorrect. And that water would've gotten wet in there and deteriorated wood. I had to have them back to replace the quarter round pieces also around a bedroom window and it was done so terribly that they of course now had to have special people come back in to do it. I have l written them regarding a few lock issues, windows being hard to go up or down, drafts and they asked me for additional pictures besides my description which I sent and then never heard anything from them followed up additional time still have not heard anything from them. The long and the short is that I actually still need them back, but I'm assuming it's going to be extremely difficult to get them to do anything. I don't find them to be a customer centric business. They say they're a family owned business but I think that's for show because the person that was here that was family doesn't work there anymore. I'm just all in all disappointed that I did not go with one of the other companies with a bigger name that was only slightly more expensive because I thought I would go with a local family owned company because I figured well that makes more sense as they take pride in their work.... think again.

Nick was quick to get back to me and super friendly. He was not a "pushy"m sales guy" kinda guy. He was a no pressure kinda guy. He made me feel like he wanted my business, but if I decided not to use his company, his feelings wouldn't be hurt. Nick was upfront on pricing and also the time frame to expect the windows to be installed. The windows came in quicker than he expected. His crew did a great job installing the windows and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Denco Windows. They already did all the windows in my house, otherwise I would not hesitate to use them again!

My eyes were wide open for quality. My first introduction to HomeSealed was from a YouTube made by a southern company. I started looking very closely to see if they would fit my needs. From the first contact to the installation, everything was seamless. Nick, my sales rep was timely and very well spoken. All my questions were answered. The office staff was excellent to deal with and gave us just the right amount of attention for updates on the progress of manufacture to setting the date for the install process. Right on schedule our installer arrived and worked nonstop. He was very experienced and all of his work was stellar. When we have our next set of windows done, we will request him. He was very professional, paid close attention to our landscaping and did as little disruption inside and out as was possible. Now you would think they would check the product over before scheduling an appointment to install the product. Apparently not! Never getting Window World products again. Only will choose Feldo, Pella or Andersen Windows. This patio door BETTER NOT come in and be broken for a 3rd time... This family owned business has been around for over 45 years . Jeff came out to the house, took measurements, showed us samples of finishes, specifics of the product and a solid quote. Lifetime transferable warranty and no plastic parts. I can't say enough about the windows and patio door. Installation took three days with absolutely no mess. Installers were courteous, friendly, neat and above all competent! Their indoor and outdoor finish work was excellent! We couldn't be happier with our new windows and doors.

I needed a very small siding repair. I was NOT interested in a two step process with an estimate…read morefrom a salseperson followed by a visit from the actual workers. I made that very clear to the scheduler. The scheduler confirmed that that could be done. I subsequently received an email confirming the appointment. I replied, repeating my insistence that I simply wanted the repair made in a single visit without a separate visit from an estimator. Sure enough, an estimator arrived 20 minutes late without any equipment. He was downright rude when I complained, saying "no one does business that way." I told him that Guardian was put on notice at least twice that I was not interested in a two step process. I would not have bothered taking time off from work had they simply told me they required a two step process. At my request, the manager called me, and I explained the situation. She was pleasant on the phone and said that she would she she could find someone in the organization to address the issue. I forwarded the earlier email for her records. She promptly acknowledged receipt. That was all two weeks ago. I never heard from her again. She did not respond to three follow-up emails of increasing urgency. The repair still have not been made, and I am back to square one. I DID receive a robotext asking me to rate my experience. (eyeroll). Stay away from these people. They are arrogant and beyond worthless unless you have a major project, and even then you have to worry about how they respond to a problem. Dear Guardian: am sorry I am not worth your precious time. It will not happen again.

Have had a LOT of communication with Guardian over the past few years. They did a sealant on our…read moreroof, but due to the age of the roof that plan did not hold up - they did explain to us that we really should have a new roof, which we agreed with and they subsequently gave us a credit off of the original quote. Workers were very diligent and hard-working. The project managers had to deal with extra problems that were uncovered when the old roof was taken off - many layers and uneven spots, for which we did pay extra. Our problem is with the follow up. While our manager/site boss - not exactly sure what his title is -was communicative during the process and did come back to follow up with some debris that was left in the gutter, etc. we told him that our large front bush got damaged. He assured us that they have a company that they work with, and that he would have them get in touch with us. That was three months ago, and I have sent him five texts, none of which were answered. While the roof itself seems fine, the lack of follow-up communication does not bode well for potential future problems.
