When they came here to do our quote, they went up on our roof, did measurements, wrote out the full quote and gave it to us on the spot. This was surprising because we've had 5 or 6 quotes on our roof in the past couple years, and Integrity was the only company that even went on the roof. Also, their quote was much more detailed than the rest. It made us feel like they actually wanted the job. A few days before they started, they dropped off the shingles (they put them all on the house roof & garage roof), and separately dropped off the big dumpster for their trash. The workers were at our house early on the day of the job, I think it was about 7am. This isn't a complaint, it's just a warning to those with young kids or third shifters -- once they're on the roof, it's gonna be LOUD 'til they're done. The workers were quick, efficient and courteous. Around noon a man from Integrity stopped over to see if the crew needed additional supplies from the store, asked us if we had any questions, and brought the crew lunch. He was friendly and helpful to the workers and to us. The full job was done around 4pm including clean up. I only found 4 or 5 nails that they missed -- not too shabby considering the enormous amount of trash a 2 layer tear-off and a new roof creates. A few days after the job was complete, the owner came over to inspect the crew's work, and he asked if we had any questions or issues. We were really impressed by this, because often it's after the workers leave that you realize you had a question or two. It's a little difficult parting with that much money, but it was well worth it. We had one of those houses where the shingles were curling and falling off. When I look at our house these days, I don't have that aching feeling that the next storm may be the start of leaks inside our home. Now we've got one of the snazziest roofs on the block. Of course, when I insisted I just needed prices, she kindly moved on: There's a "service-call fee" of $312, after which they'll discuss pricing and then you get to decide what to do. Yikes! I pay you $312 just to find out what the real quote will be while you're standing in my driveway? This was obviously an easy decision. He was very knowledgeable and was straight forward regarding the extent of possible issues that may be uncover when the shingles are removed from such an older building (1929). Christo has an extensive portfolio of quality materials to choose from and his suggestions really helped steer me towards the best possible outcome. The work began very shortly after the paperwork was completed and even after finding that the original roof had 3 layers of failed shingles in some areas, had extensive wood rot at the decking, fascia and soffit areas, needed replacement roof ventilation and also required additional work to remove an old school TV antenna... the roof was completed beautifully and ahead of schedule! Communication was on-going and professional throughout the entire job. The clean up was meticulous and complete. Gutters and downspouts were installed a few days later and the house really looks great! TL:DR; They were responsive, communicative, reasonably priced and hard working…read more So, my husband and I moved into our house about 3-ish years ago (right during COVID) and have been in the process of doing home renovation and maintenance regarding the inside and outside of our new home. With new homes come new projects and we knew we wanted to invest in an outdoor patio in our backyard for our twins (less than a year old, but preparing for the future when they're ready to play). We contacted a total of three concrete companies to start using two recommendations and a general Google search. The first recommendation we sent over all of the information and details of what we were looking for including pictures of the space, a site survey by the company was scheduled and at the last minute they called to cancel and when we asked them to reschedule, we were ghosted. The second place was unresponsive and the third place we tried to again schedule a site survey, just to never hear from them again. I GIVE THIS CONTEXT, because I was already exhausted and frustrated seemingly just how POORLY UNRESPONSIVE so many businesses were for this sizeable project. Insert Yelp and it's amazing "Project" new solution/feature - I was able to input everything I was looking for and got several responses. I reached out to ANS and Antonio and Nick were WARM, FRIENDLY, RESPONSIVE and setup a site survey and SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WITH PURPOSE. They are a smaller company and a little new to the area, and we were happy to partner with them after we went and checked a few of their most recent jobs. Antonio and Nick answered all of our questions, spent time reviewing the space with us and walking us through our thoughts on the shape and size and answered our questions to better help educate us on a concrete project (since we had never done one before.) They were very transparent that they would keep us updated, with with projects and also their work being very weather-dependent, that there would have to be some flexibility in start times of the different phases of the project. Again, knowing ahead of time and feeling fully informed of this left me with no concern. BUILDING EXPECTATIONS is important and they did just that. We were communicated with during the different phases including the CAT work that had to be done to get the ground ready before the pour and the team that was out there for all phases were very respectful and make sure to keep clean/tidy. We also share a driveway with our neighbor and stressed out important it was to make sure no equipment/mess/people were on that neighbor's driveway and they did GREAT and were super thoughtful about it. I would recommend them for their communication and work ethic alone.
