You are the professionals. Wouldn't you look at how you took them out to put them back correctly? No, they had to come back to do everything right, and not the first time like they claim on their website. Reviews may be so high because they give Amazon gift cards for a review and restaurant gift cards if you refer them to anyone. The pictures of the dirty windowsills are what they cleaned. The pics of the clean sills are what I had to do. The pics of the dirty windows were taken within 2 hours of them leaving. Needless to say they dropped the ball with us and then blamed us for the whole mess. Very nice crew, but that doesn't get the job done right the first time. Also, under Wisconsin's ATCP-110, which you are supposed to follow, (Home Improvement Trade Practices), a home improvement contractor is strictly prohibited from changing the price of a given quote (which you gave us) once work starts without your written consent. You tried, even though you should know the codes and laws you are to abide by. Your response was nothing but an excuse to why nothing was done right the first time around. You were disrespectful on top of it to me and my husband. My husband is a transplant recipient and he almost put all 14 windows back in properly just so he didn't have to deal with pure lack of professionalism. I myself, went and cleaned all of the sills that were supposed to be part of the Deluxe window cleaning package, as you can see by my pics. My hands hurt for 3 days afterwards from my arthritis. If I wanted to do this, I wouldn't have hired a highly rated professional like Crystal Vista Window Cleaning, LLC. You dropped the ball, Brandon. All you had to do was show some concern for your business and what truly went down and call us, email us or come over. You chose not to and let your staff that messed everything up try to fix it. Two boys came on July 3rd…read more- one wearing earbuds the entire time he was there and the other with pants down to his butt crack. They did not introduce themselves...so I asked them their names. Attitude from the beginning from earbud guy (Max) - when I asked him if he had a busy day ahead, he stated that he had other jobs but he didn't care because he didn't need the money because he had no bills. Both of them did a slipshod job - from skipping a window or two entirely to not wiping up the water in the channels or window panes of my almost new Pella Windows that were wood and stained. When I asked Max to please wipe off the pooled water, he said he didn't have to because it would dry up by itself - I pointed out they were wood windows and I wanted them wiped dry - he said he didn't need to because they were vinyl...Later when I asked if he was finished with the kitchen windows, he said yeah...I told him there were still cobwebs in the corner of the screen and he needed to clean that off. His response was he had wiped the outside of the screen... I could go on, but you get the point. Insolent, rude and unappreciative of the job he had and no pride in his work. I called the office and asked to speak to the manager - she said I should just continue asking them to redo the work until I was happy with it because it was guaranteed. I do not feel I need to manage and correct workers who should know what their job is and do it well - just as advertised. There were there about one hour and 20 minutes total - and did a lousy job. I was billed $442 for this work. No one from the office ever contacted me and they did not offer to remedy the situation in any way. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY DO NOT CARE AND OBVIOUSLY DO NOT TRAIN OR DISCIPLINE THEIR EMPLOYEES.
