I was traveling from California and needed a place to do my laundry, naturally. I did a quick Yelp search around Milwaukee and saw this place opened the earliest at 7AM, stoked to get this to-do squared away early. As mentioned in the other post, it provided that it opened at 7AM, but the employee came at 7:30AM. She apologized profusely and I could tell she was genuinely dealing with life; hopefully her matters are resolved soon as I wouldn't want her tardiness to affect her employability, she is a kind person. Otherwise, the facility is top-knotch. The pricing is reasonable, $1.50 per load on the more soiled setting that I chose, and the machines were clean, the layout of the facility well-organized. read more

Searched for a laundromat near my son's apartment due to the machines are small and the dryer doesn't work well. We came on Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. The place is very clean and the staff was quite helpful. There's lots of carts to use but they can't go outside. They have lots of big machine options which is convenient for large to super large loads. Prices range from $5,50, $7.50, and $10. The smallest machine is 4.50 (not worth it) which is a lot smaller (half load size) than the next size up which is the $5.50. The machines wash well. They also have 3 size dryers very large for King size or larger comforters, $2.50 large for standards full load dry, and $2.00 for smaller loads. The dryers are set 30 minutes. I was disappointed that not only it took so long but his clothes still wasn't dry although I intentionally made each load lighter and used more dryers. The gentleman working there was nice enough to give me the additional drying needed for free. I took a star off for this. Other disappointed is the tables are super small and inconvenient for folding a full load of clothes. I took a Star off for this as well. Overall we made it work and got the job done. Not sure if we'll go back. I recommend trying for yourself and decide if it works for you. FYI - pictures are spot on so I didn't feel a need to take any. read more

This place is very expensive (3.50/load) and there are not enough washers/dryers. It is very crowded and the layout really wastes space where more washing machines could have been added. The staff is friendly, but that's not enough for a laundry mat. read more

I have gone to this laundry mat for a long time. Most of the machines are not working. The monitor doesn't work so have to roam the whole place to find a working machine. The machines are not cleaned you could see the mold build up as hairs. I do like the fact you could pay with credit card and the loyalty program if good. I recommend cleaning the machines making sure they work. read more

Wow, This place is spotless, contemporary, up-to-date, hand sanitizer at the front desk & COVID-19 laws and rules all over the inside building and mask policy signage in the area for this company (excellent job), they did a fantastic thing broke down my $50 to give me $20 in quarter rolls, other laundry companies around Shorewood Wisconsin area would not do that customer service excellence. It is HORRIBLE at best . MANY washers and dryers have been out of order over two years, and that was before the pandemic. I've lost approximately $10.00, never got a dime back. I chose to use this laundry facility today because it was close to my home as i enter with my clothes and my child they tell me no kids are allowed. I can't believe I'm mourning the fact that I'm moving into an apt with a washer/dryer. THAT'S how good this place is. This laundromat is pristine. It has washers that hold up to 10 loads. It takes credit/debit cards. It has two big screen tvs and three arcade games. Plenty of tables to relax and free wifi. Coffee machine. On site staff with option of drop off. Holy smokes finding this place has motivated me to do laundry in a semi-regular basis. If you don't love around here, it's worth the drive. Seriously. It will change how you feel about laundromats forever. I usually read/work on my laptop while the wash load is spinning, then pop everything in the dryer and drive a block down to goodwill to thrift. I do wash and fold here - it's super reasonable and the folks are nice. I get back my button up shirts on hangers, covered in plastic and sometimes they even plastic wrap my t-shirts, socks, etc. Super clean, modern features - plus they have some killer video games, and they are right next to Cousins.
