I was traveling from California and needed a place to do my laundry, naturally. I did a quick Yelp search around Milwaukee and saw this place opened the earliest at 7AM, stoked to get this to-do squared away early. As mentioned in the other post, it provided that it opened at 7AM, but the employee came at 7:30AM. She apologized profusely and I could tell she was genuinely dealing with life; hopefully her matters are resolved soon as I wouldn't want her tardiness to affect her employability, she is a kind person. Otherwise, the facility is top-knotch. The pricing is reasonable, $1.50 per load on the more soiled setting that I chose, and the machines were clean, the layout of the facility well-organized. read more

Searched for a laundromat near my son's apartment due to the machines are small and the dryer doesn't work well. We came on Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. The place is very clean and the staff was quite helpful. There's lots of carts to use but they can't go outside. They have lots of big machine options which is convenient for large to super large loads. Prices range from $5,50, $7.50, and $10. The smallest machine is 4.50 (not worth it) which is a lot smaller (half load size) than the next size up which is the $5.50. The machines wash well. They also have 3 size dryers very large for King size or larger comforters, $2.50 large for standards full load dry, and $2.00 for smaller loads. The dryers are set 30 minutes. I was disappointed that not only it took so long but his clothes still wasn't dry although I intentionally made each load lighter and used more dryers. The gentleman working there was nice enough to give me the additional drying needed for free. I took a star off for this. Other disappointed is the tables are super small and inconvenient for folding a full load of clothes. I took a Star off for this as well. Overall we made it work and got the job done. Not sure if we'll go back. I recommend trying for yourself and decide if it works for you. FYI - pictures are spot on so I didn't feel a need to take any. read more

Super clean, friendly staff. High capacity dryers get two loads of laundry dry in under 30 min (would have probably handled three). Highly suggest. read more

Clean, open early, wonderful staff, and an awesome loyalty program. Newly upgraded washers and dryers!

It's FILTHY in there. There is grime everywhere. I didn't even want to sit and wait for my laundry bc it's that bad. That community deserves a clean facility to do their laundry at. Shame on the owners'nn read more

This place is very expensive (3.50/load) and there are not enough washers/dryers. It is very crowded and the layout really wastes space where more washing machines could have been added. The staff is friendly, but that's not enough for a laundry mat. read more

I have gone to this laundry mat for a long time. Most of the machines are not working. The monitor doesn't work so have to roam the whole place to find a working machine. The machines are not cleaned you could see the mold build up as hairs. I do like the fact you could pay with credit card and the loyalty program if good. I recommend cleaning the machines making sure they work. read more

A laundromat with the times. Immaculately clean, furnishings are modern, space is brightly lit and well ventilated. Services are clearly communicated, amenities are great (Keurig coffee and snack vending machines, 1-hour free wifi through Time Warner Cable guest login). Customer service is approachable. Washer/dryers accept card as well as traditional quarters. The monitor near the entrance is very helpful in locating available machines. A shining example to all other laundromats. read more

Wow, This place is spotless, contemporary, up-to-date, hand sanitizer at the front desk & COVID-19 laws and rules all over the inside building and mask policy signage in the area for this company (excellent job), they did a fantastic thing broke down my $50 to give me $20 in quarter rolls, other laundry companies around Shorewood Wisconsin area would not do that customer service excellence. The staff was very relaxed and excellent communication and excellent customer service. I, for sure, will be going to this company here and there for money bills to quarter rolls. Your Laundry - Laundry Services Near Me - Milwaukee, Wisconsin

It is HORRIBLE at best . MANY washers and dryers have been out of order over two years, and that was before the pandemic. I've lost approximately $10.00, never got a dime back. I use to report it and it would be returned...not any more. Many times four or five customers have ALL the washers and dryers; if you want to do your laundry, you have to wait or leave. NOTHING is being done that I can see. And today, September 7,2021 the money changer took $1.00 from me What's next?????? read more

I chose to use this laundry facility today because it was close to my home as i enter with my clothes and my child they tell me no kids are allowed. I find it crazy how you guys are discriminating against our children. Laundry is a large job not to be done by just one person which is why we bring our children along to help. This is unexceptional and what ever i have to do to get this out to the public because a Laundromat should be a family atmosphere not whatever you all have going on. Very rude this is my first and last time going there... read more

This place is probably the nicest laundry mat I've ever been to. It's clean, plenty of washers/dryers and being able to use your debit card is awesome! Will definitely use this laundry mat any time I need to! read more

I really enjoyed the things they offered and mostly Mimi was working hard from the moment I arrived. When Yellow cab was a no show after 3 calls she gave me a ride back to my hotel... and suggested I look into taxi alternatives. Thank you! read more

I can't believe I'm mourning the fact that I'm moving into an apt with a washer/dryer. THAT'S how good this place is. This laundromat is pristine. It has washers that hold up to 10 loads. It takes credit/debit cards. It has two big screen tvs and three arcade games. Plenty of tables to relax and free wifi. Coffee machine. On site staff with option of drop off. Holy smokes finding this place has motivated me to do laundry in a semi-regular basis. If you don't love around here, it's worth the drive. Seriously. It will change how you feel about laundromats forever. I usually read/work on my laptop while the wash load is spinning, then pop everything in the dryer and drive a block down to goodwill to thrift. It's become a Monday tradition im actually going to miss. This is an amazing place, really and truly. read more

I just moved to the area and do not have a washer & dryer at my new place. I was absolutely dreading the fact of having to go to laundromat. I found this one online and the reviews were good and it was the closest to me. I'm so so so glad I went. I've never in my life been to such a great laundromat! This place is awesome and so clean. The attendant there was so nice and extremely helpful. I never expected my visit to turn out the way it did. I actually enjoyed myself and look forward to returning. If you have to go to the laundromat, go to this one! You won't regret it. I will be forever thankful to the owner for Your Laundromat. You nailed it. I think all laundromats should be like this. Thank you so much! read more

This place is fantastic! The atmosphere is extremely relaxed, the staff are incredibly friendly and the prices are highly competitive. With free Wi-Fi, a full snack and coffee bar, multiple large screen TV's and a mini arcade, this place has it all! Whether you want to simply drop off your laundry and have it done for you or you want to wash it yourself, the staff are more than helpful. Their machines also take coins or debit cards, so you don't have to worry about dragging change around with you. I was completely blown away by this place...I know where I'll be doing my laundry from now on! read more

Clean, efficient, and fair priced. I like that you can use either a rewards card or the FasCard app to pay for laundry, rather than cash/coin. The app also tells you how many machines are available, so you can try to go when it's less busy. read more

Excellent service, staff were helpful and went out of her way to open a washer. Clean, not too busy.

The machine stole $10 and the owner of this third rate dump wouldn't refund our money. The workers were rude and called us liars. Avoid this place like the plague. It used to be great but I will never ever go back. A bunch of thieves, unwilling to do what is right over such a trivial amount of money. read more

I love this place. It's CLEAN, QUIET, and PEACEFUL!! The staff is very nice and helpful. Did I mention it's CLEAN!! The washer and dryers are very efficient. My triple load dries in one round. Most places you have pay 2-3 times to get you clothes dry. Yes I have a washer and dryer at home, but YES I still prefer to come here!! The atmosphere is so relaxing! Glad I found this place!! read more

I do wash and fold here - it's super reasonable and the folks are nice. I get back my button up shirts on hangers, covered in plastic and sometimes they even plastic wrap my t-shirts, socks, etc. Super clean, modern features - plus they have some killer video games, and they are right next to Cousins. Very clean, safe, comfortable place to do laundry. You will find Giant machines, perfect for Wisconsin bedding and coats, and dryers that accommodate up to 75lbs that work efficiently- in thirty minutes my load of comforters and blankets were dry! A color-coordinated computer monitor indicates the status of your wash, so you can sit back and enjoy the free WiFi instead of checking every few minutes. Also on-site: a CLEAN bathroom that actually has soap in it so you can wash your hands(!!!!), a Keurig coffee vend, well-stocked soap machines (with disposable laundry sacks, should you forget yours), comfortable seating, wheeled laundry baskets that are actually made to function with the machines by having a slanted top, arcade games, and an extremely pleasant staff. I cannot sing the praises enough. Do yourself a favor and take your wash here. read more

This place is fantastic! While visiting from out of town, we needed a drop off service for some emergency laundry. We didn't want to waste time on our mini vacation waiting in a laundromat. Their drop off service was clean, efficient, friendly and well priced. I was so happy to find this place. Highly recommended! read more
