I moved close to Wauwatosa about two years ago and finally found the perfect spot to take my special clothing pieces for cleaning. The owners are always very helpful and polite. Prices are reasonable. My clothes were delivered on time and impeccable. They proactively took care of some missing buttons at no cost. Very clean and organized place.

I was so nervous to find a place to clean my wedding dress after my wedding day. I had a friend who had hers cleaned here and had a great experience so I decided to try it out. My dress had about 3 layers with appliqués of pearls and sequins here and there, the top one being lace and the bottom was very dirty. They were very responsive, asked me when I needed it cleaned by, and gave me the cost up front (around $260), and it took about 4 months. Which was fine with me - busy wedding season for cleaning dresses which I understood. My dress was ready a few days earlier than requested, went to pick it up and it looked absolutely stunning - the exact same as the day I purchased it. They even put a cardboard bust in the top part of the dress. I would highly recommend this cleaner for your wedding dresses.

Fixed a hole in my carhartt overalls after a mishap with a chainsaw. Andrew was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

The people are very friendly, the pricing is fair, the dry cleaning is consistently good, and they are fast. I couldn't ask for better.

Took a suit here and they returned with 2 large holes in the back. Then tried to tell me they were from moths. Suit was only 2 weeks old.

Not only were all of my stains taken out of my long satin gown and lace top... But it was a very fair price. They also offer preservation and wedding dress boxes. I would highly recommend this place to any bride looking to preserve/clean their wedding gown. And believe me I was worried I would not be able to get some of these dirt/beer/mud stains out ! Thank you.

I wasn't sure of the source of the stain. I don't clean in it, wear it as part of an outfit. Its casual, but beautifully made. When I got it back, I asked if the stain was removed. It looked ok on the hanger, but when I got it home, the stain was darker, larger, the knit was stretched and it is now a square. I took it back. They said they tried, but the chemicals wouldn't take. I asked why they didn't tell me this; the attendant literally laughed. My issue: Shouldn't a cleaner tell you when they can't remove a stain? Do you need to just take it home and find out for yourself? Also, it clearly is worse. The stain is darker and has a stretched out squared. I guess next time, I take a before picture, and ask the protocol. The cardigan was not only well made, but lots of emotional connection.

It was a choir robe and an outfit with tulle. The woman asked ME how to clean it! So I left it up to them and they both came back damaged; the choir robe was stained and the tulle outfit totally destroyed. What I found out later that that choir robe could be washed at home, smh...but THEY didn't know that. We worked everything out. I didn't charge them for anything... Two weeks ago, I took 3 blazers, one of which could be regular washed and pressed. When I took it in, I stated that i wanted it washed and pressed and she told me "oh no, they'll all go in dry cleaning", once again trusting this lady who at the FIRST time took in my clothing. That should have been a RED FLAG... The 3 blazers, two off-white and one black. Well, the black blazer is ruined. You know why? It was cleaned with the two light-colored blazers and now the black blazer has little white balls that are VERY hard to get out. I have to buy another one. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Whoever is doing their cleaning, lazily puts everything together and ruins the clothing. Yes, I have pictures. I'll attach them later. They apparently don't know/don't care. Not going back, do not recommend.

I also had a Dooney & Burke handbag that was all discolored and I took that in as well. I looked on Yelp for a nearby dry cleaner and this one popped up. I met with Sam, the owner, who greeted me right away. He asked if I had been here before and I told him "Nope, I found you on Yelp". He seemed very happy to hear that. He did look over my coat and said it should be a pretty easy job. Runs about $35 but right now there is a 30% discount going on. Then the bad news, he looked over the purse and said he doesn't do them anymore, he was going to refer me to someone else but said it would be between $60-$75 dollars. I just decided that it wasn't worth it, and I'll just give it to my granddaughter to use. (she's 8). All in all I found him to be friendly and honest. Prices seem reasonable too. I probably should have waited to get my coat back before I wrote this review but I have confidence that everything is going to be fine

Disgusting unprofessional, and just weird. They ruined my fur blanket and denied leaving a blue mark on it. I have photo evidence and although they are able to refund me the rather expensive $40 fee for the cleaning, my blanket was $98 and now has a blue marker stain on it. I would've been fine with the refund, but while talking on the phone, the owner was rather rude and patronizing. He kept interrupting me and laughing while I was talking. and they refuse to admit that they were the ones who stained the blanket. Dont go here, it's overpriced and they are careless and unhygienic. Wash your damn hands.

This can be both…read moreinconvenient and pricy, but Natural Cleaners makes dry-cleaning a safer, more affordable experience. First of all, I love that I can walk into this place without needing a gas mask. Most dry cleaning venues are billowing toxic smog out of every nook and cranny. NC just smells clean and fresh. They don't use standard harsh chemicals, so I can bring our kids inside without fear they'll leave with leukemia or asthma. The service is always prompt and friendly. It isn't as speedy as the one-hour joints, but that's a reasonable trade off for chemical-free clothes. They've also worked miracles on some of our best apparel. They got a bad grease stain out of my husband's suit pants as well as the red Jagermeister drips on my white wedding dress. They also did a beautiful job preserving and packaging my gown for storage. They will even do repairs to buttons and ripped pockets. Some people prefer to do those little fixes at home, but I don't trust myself enough to sew a button on or mend $100+ pants. I think it's worth paying a little extra for a professional job. Price wise, NC is in line with most traditional dry cleaning services, but often offers coupons in local mailers. We typically save bigger orders for times those coupons come around. They list their prices online, so it isn't a shock to any first-timers looking to check them out. I know some reviews have dogged this place, but we've been using them steadily for 6+ years and always walk away satisfied.
