Needed to take my Canada Goose Parka in for a cleaning before storing it until winter. The tag said I could wash it myself but I just wasnt comfortable with that. I also had a Dooney & Burke handbag that was all discolored and I took that in as well. I looked on Yelp for a nearby dry cleaner and this one popped up. I met with Sam, the owner, who greeted me right away. He asked if I had been here before and I told him "Nope, I found you on Yelp". He seemed very happy to hear that. He did look over my coat and said it should be a pretty easy job. Runs about $35 but right now there is a 30% discount going on. Then the bad news, he looked over the purse and said he doesn't do them anymore, he was going to refer me to someone else but said it would be between $60-$75 dollars. I just decided that it wasn't worth it, and I'll just give it to my granddaughter to use. (she's 8). All in all I found him to be friendly and honest. Prices seem reasonable too. When I walked into the store, Sam, the male worker, was using the bathroom with the door open and also did not wash his hands before interacting with me at the front counter. Disgusting unprofessional, and just weird. They ruined my fur blanket and denied leaving a blue mark on it. I have photo evidence and although they are able to refund me the rather expensive $40 fee for the cleaning, my blanket was $98 and now has a blue marker stain on it. I would've been fine with the refund, but while talking on the phone, the owner was rather rude and patronizing. He kept interrupting me and laughing while I was talking. and they refuse to admit that they were the ones who stained the blanket. Dont go here, it's overpriced and they are careless and unhygienic. A friend recommended this place for their service and 30% discount on select days to get our wedding dresses cleaned. I had shopped around a bit to get my wedding dress cleaned ONLY (most make you preserve them, box them, etc.) at a reasonable price. I followed my friend's suit and brought my dress here, too. They were willing to honor the 30% discount for cleaning though it sounds like this may not be their normal practice. I really appreciated them working with me and I plan on going here more often. They did great work and my dress looks great! Staff is friendly and they have a quick turn around. The parking lot is spacious and it's easy to get in and out. Very convenient! read more

I wanted to like this place because it's close to home and has a website, the latter being somewhat unique for a dry cleaner, but I don't. Here's the tale of a girl with a winter coat with a broken zipper, that when I called to ask if they do zipper repairs, they said yes. I brought my coat in on Saturday, October 26, with a card that said it would be ready Thursday, October 31. They said it would take a little longer than usual because it was a long coat. I said that's fine. Hours after the ticket promised it would be ready, I stopped by, on Thursday, to pick up my coat. It was not there. It apparently was at the tailor, but did I get a call to tell me that? No. I made several calls to them, and it came to the point where I almost wanted to take my coat back and take it somewhere else, but after they had it for a week and a half, they told me that a special zipper needed to be ordered, and the old zipper was already ripped out, but that for this taking a week and a half, I would have a price reduced. Finally, after 2 weeks, I picked up my coat, gently reminded that I was previously offered a discount, and received a 20% discount. The second star is for them upholding that part of the bargain. And I understand things happen, but I don't feel like this issue was handled in the best way. And now I've had my coat back for a month, and the zipper sort of sucks. It gets stuck almost everyday, and the bottom zipper works 40% of the time. So there's that. I'm sure for dry cleaning it's fine, but I wouldn't count on them to call you if things are running late. read more

I brought a rug in mid September to be cleaned. When dropping it off the girl at the desk told me that it would need to be sent out but I had missed that weeks pick up. She then told me it would be two weeks and ready on 9/22. I agreed that it was fine and came back on 9/22 to pick up the rug. When I arrived, the owner told me that "had meant to call me" about the rug. The rug wasn't cleaned that well when they had sent it out so my option was for him to put it through the machine but there was a chance it could get ruined however it was doubtful. I agreed to let him try that considering I was there to drop off my wedding dress. He gave me an estimated date of picking up my dress on 10/2. I called today (10/2) to see if my items were ready. The owner picked up and told me yes both the rug and the dress were ready. When I arrived, the girl I had met the first time brought out my dress which appeared fine and then said "oh you had the rug too?" When I said yes, she went into the back and grabbed my rug that was completely shredded apart on the sides. Now I understand that I gave Redi quick permission to run my rug through the machine but I think it's absolutely ridiculous that there was no direct communication from the owner (who assumingely cleaned this rug) to me when A) the rug came out ruined or B) when I spoke to him on the phone regarding picking up my items. If you ruin someone's product you should have the decency to call them and explain that to them rather than just having them show up to a torn up item. I'm disappointed with the communication from this company. The only reason they are getting two stars is because my dress came back clean and in one piece. read more

Went there since they are the one of the only places I could find that cleans leather. After spending close to $75.00 I contacted them regarding the cuffs, collar and waistband. All the elasticity was gone in them. Stopped and complained but of course it was the help. She said that she would pass on my complaint to the owner. Nothing. This was by far the worst dry cleaning experience. I dropped off three silk tops with a minor spot or two. What I got back were totally stained tops. One had at least thirty new spots and a weird looking water-like stain. Not only that, they put their labels through the silk and made holes in the shirts!!
