Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are the cheapest days to do laundry there as loads only cost $1.25! I stay at the Baymont across the road frequently and the on-site machines cost $2.00 for washing and drying per load, so Westbrook Express Laundry is a money-saver! As a matter of fact I would rather drive to the next town and spend twice as much than return here. So I drop off 11 shirts and 1 coat and 1 pants. As of last week, 2 trips later I have 9 shirts! WTF! I stop again today, now nearly 3 was from when they were dropped off; I give her my phone number she tells me "nope" like I've never been there, so I ask her to pull it up by my last name, this bitch says, "okay, if you can spell it" ARE YOU F-in KIDDING ME?? My response, "I can spell it! This is my 3 time here for the same clothes, you should find it." Waiting, waiting, finally she finds the 2 shirts, I coat and 1 pants, tells me it's $23 something, I give her 2-$20s and I get an "oh gosh, do you have something smaller?" I am about lose it!!! Thankfully, after digging around I find $4 in my purse. I AM OUT! As I said no way am I returning to this dump! "Return to elegance" is definitely NOT a fitting slogan here!!
