That did not happen here. Everything came back clean, folded, and handled with care, and it felt good coming back home to clothes that still looked like mine. The dye has been washed out leaving light patches all over, and the seams are torn apart in many areas. I showed my coworker my coat and she thought they gave me back someone else's coat-it looks so terrible. I took my coat back and the owner repeatedly told me that my coat was "shiny" when I brought it in, so they had to "soak it in chemicals and scrub". When I told her that they should have called me before scrubbing the coat so hard that it left holes, she said that they didn't scrub that hard. She refused to take any responsibility, and gave me the excuse that "Nothing like this has ever happened in 20 years." Taking this to small claims
