I picked it up today. The yellow spots looked good, but the jacket had two rows of black beads at the bottom that I was told melted off during the dry-cleaning process. Apparently, it was a mess in their machine, and the impression I was given was that it was my fault. I was told that they were "cheap beads". I would have thought that they would have inspected the garment and saw what kind of beads they were and proceeded accordingly. I wasn't offered a discount for the damage to my garment and paid full price for the cleaning. I don't think I'll be returning to this business for my dry-cleaning needs.
