Ugg. What am I doing writing about a UPS store on Yelp? Man, I have to tell you I really only like writing about places I enjoy but I thought I would share some information about this place. This place has some young staffers who seem genuinely interested in helping people out but the older ladies who work here always seemed put out by any request of any kind. The one thing that is the most curious is that they charge a fee for any package dropped off there. So, if you pay and print at UPS.com and drop off at this location they will charge you an additional fee. there is s a UPS store in Menomonee Falls that does not charge a drop off fee. I have sent packages from this UPS Store on several occasions and the service has always been great. Staff has been courteous and helpful, and my packages have always reached their destination timely. We need to upgrade the UPS store. It is a UPS store. Brand new owners as of 2 years ago. Service is excellent. They package great, the delicate/breakable packages arrive in perfect condition, they are excellent for international shipping. Kudos to this store!!!! read more

Recently stopped in to place a package in transit that was very important. Was greeted warmly by a representative name John .John was quick to ask if I had memberships that would give me a discount...AARP, etc.. Have been going there for years .I was NEVER asked that before. With the USPS falling apart every day, it was great to know that UPS is available to replace it for my shipping needs. And..NO LINES.It's also great to know the customer service reps are warm, professional and think of the customer in the form of a small discount. Thanks John! Thanks UPS. I wish I could give less than one star. It appears that the folks that work/own this franchise don't care or seem to believe in customer service. Save yourself the pain and go to the UPS store in Menomonee Falls, they know what customer service is. I tried to drop off two pre-paid packages here today and whilst they accepted them with no funny business in trying to charge me a $1 per package - I was ready and waiting on that one. (apparently they are required to accept USP pre-paid packages). I asked for receipts for the packages since these were RMA items that I was returning, if they get lost or go missing my credit card gets charged. So per the recommendations of both vendors I asked for a receipt I was told I couldn't and wouldn't get one and that my packages would be scanned along with all the rest sometime tonight or maybe not..... Apparently its the "policy" of this mailbox etc franchise that they can and do anything they want since they have been doing this for "7 years" and are untouchable. Its also interesting they stated they don't care what corp at UPS says or does, which is most likely true since UPS really do not have anything to do with them. However they are a franchise of Mailboxes and the corp office does care about customers. The "lady" that works here makes customer service at a used car lot dealership look good. As I said before save your self any issues and pain go to the Menomonee Falls UPS, they took my packages, cheerfully scanned and provided a receipt in a whole - 30 seconds. read more

I will have to agree with the previous review. I printed my own label and went to this location to drop it off and the older woman wanted to charge me a fee. This is the only location I have been to that does this...and I travel throughout Wisconsin and Iowa for work. I will never use or recommend this location. read more

The previous review hit it on the head, BUT it's very outdated and things have come a long way at this location. All the staff here provide personalized, efficient, friendly service! I'm so thankful I've got this UPS right in my community as I'm regularly returning Amazon products here. Awesome customer service -they go the extra step to get you out the door as quickly as possible and i never have to wait!! I'm just sorry i don't write this sooner . The store manager, Jenessa, does a great job as well as everyone else here. If you haven't been here in a while I'm sure you'll agree and see how nice and welcoming things are here now!! read more

Ya, not so good. The young employees there (kids/relatives of the owner I think) are not responsible at all and they have told me "no packages arrived" for me when there are some and they also do not come into work whenever they feel like it so a few times when they were supposed to be open on Saturday they weren't! According to one of the ladies the kid just decided "not to show up" that day. Very unreliable location. Lost their UPS franchise too (They are a FedEx store now). Their phone is ALWAYS busy and I never can get through! read more
