I contacted that company and they said there was nothing they could do. So all the money I spent on the flyers was lost and the flyers were useless! Then someone suggested that I go talk to Steve at Copy Quick Printing in Menomonee Falls. I showed him the mistake on the flyers and asked if there was anything he could do to help me. He quickly came up with a solution that not only corrected the mistake, but also made the flyer look better. His costs were low and I was very pleased with the end result! Joy Cleaners has been one of the best. I came in after a week worth of laundry with a flight the next morning. They were kind enough to have my laundry done the next day so I could make my flight, which is normally out of the question for them because of the high volume they handle. I was genuinely grateful they made it happen. I also want to add this: I have had some horrible experiences at other places where my clothing came back forever damaged, shrunk, stained, or treated like it did not matter. That did not happen here. Everything came back clean, folded, and handled with care, and it felt good coming back home to clothes that still looked like mine. On top of that, I was glad to support a local family business that clearly takes pride in their work. If you value good service and careful handling, in my humble opinion, Joy Cleaners is worth it.

Additionally, the microwave was made so that to replace a burnt out light, the entire unit had to be removed from the wall, which was handled with care and professionalism. They always deliver to me so I seldom get to interact with anyone from the company, but when I have, it's always been a good exchange. (Propane, bottles, tanks. . ."exchange", get it? Never mind.) Today, a friend of mine wanted to refill the tanks on his portable house for an upcoming trip to Upnorth. He usually has the tanks filled at his regular campground but that's not his destination. He was headed to a different vendor was across the next county. I suggested Boehlke Bottled Gas instead so off we went. We checked in at the office and were directed to the dock, right next to the giant tank that also acts as a billboard on Wisconsin 60. A friendly technician met us and measured the remaining gas in the tanks. We found out the tanks needed to be certified, which was handled as they were refilled. Topped off, actually. Quickly, efficiently and for a nominal fee. Whatever your need is for propane gas, grills, tanks, lines, valves, accessories and of course, propane, Boehlke can meet your needs. Give 'em a call.

Karen gave me a 10' × 20' and then a discount on a 10' × 10' if i needed it. I didn't end up needing it, and she refunded me right away. It's pretty's much a one-woman show, but she has it very organized. I even got a thank you letter. Only odd thing is that the office is on the west side of the interstate but the actual units are on the east side. But that's not really an issue. She has many cameras on the units and goes back and forth all the time. The units have high ceilings and were very clean. There is a stack of wood pallets you can use to keep your stuff off the floor, but it seemed the snow was melting away from the doors. Better safe than sorry though. The movers had no problem navigating their trucks to the unit. This was my first experience with self storage, and it was a good one. I wish all my moving needs went this well.

I often need to have postcards, letterheads, large boards, and various signage created, and when I do this place is the first place I turn to. I simply send them an email with attached images and instructions, and generally within the day they'll respond either with clarifying questions or the time it will be ready for pick up. Sometimes I just need a few sheets of paper printed in color/high-quality so I'll just stop in and have them do it on site. Normally doesn't take more than a few minutes. Lately their employees haven't seemed the most pleasant or happy to help you, but I did see a sign explaining that they are short-staffed, so perhaps that's it. I definitely give them some grace, as I'm sure they're trying their best. Do note, they now have a $5 minimum for printing items, which I suppose makes sense. I've felt bad the times I've stopped in for something small and swiped my card for $2.81. I have yet to have an error in anything I've had done here, so I will undoubtably return again and again.
