We paid a lot of money for 2 day delivery. The phone arrived over a week late, 2 days after she had already returned to WI. Even worse, they said the phone was gone, it couldn't be tracked, and advised getting a new phone. We did as recommended, and then the phone arrived in FL. So now we had a new phone we incurred the expense for and could not get re-imbursed for the insurance we paid on the phone as it was delivered, albeit days late. The staff and owners were of no help. They were completely inept. If you have a problem with a package delivery through this story, you are completely on your own. We will never send a package through this particular store again.

I'm usually here to return Amazon purchases and often end up waiting in line to hand my package to a staff member. During my visit today, I overheard an employee telling another customer that they have a self-service kiosk specifically for Amazon returns. I decided to give it a try, and it was easy breezy! Just scan your code, answer a couple of questions, print the label, and attach it to your package. Much better than waiting in line. I'll definitely be using the self-service option again.

When I got there I was told the new owner had raised the price to 51 cents per copy. What used to cost me a little over $100 was now almost $400. I was told the new owner had raised the price on copies to be competitive. I was also told the owner had called other UPS stores in the area to compare pricing before their price increase. I called other UPS stores in the area and found prices for copies were between 14 cents and 27 cents so this was a lie. Their copies are almost double what other UPS stores are charging. I think I will take my business to the one of the other UPS stores!

They don't speak much when you come in and if you want "extras" like a receipt, you often have to ask for it. Still, they have convenient hours and a decent amount of parking. This is not the fault of the store - just people being completely self involved. I'd feel better if they had one or two more lights in the lot at night.
