I have used this store for several years. Everything I have shipped, including a large rug, lamps and more have been packed carefully and arrived on time and not damaged. This is interesting but very disrespectful Amazon and Furmax company is unfortunately who I've been a member for years I've had a few issues with them from time to time but never nothing this over the top irritating together I guess you could say with ups I don't know what the heck is going on and it's ever so disturbing and irritating I am in the process I just had my fourth back surgery and I'm dealing with a removal of a lifelong from lung cancer at any rate I ordered a massage lift recliner chair on March the 31st and it was scheduled to be delivered on the 7th of April did not happen then my screen for my phone showed that the company rerouted the item let them tell it so I waited till Tuesday then my screen on my phone changed again and said sorry but I knew of some garbage at this point so I waited till like 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning when I woke up and called Amazon and made it very clear I need a complete refund of my money for the chair as well as the warranty I put on the chair because of this point y'all have not gave me a heads up y'all just doing a little messages on the screen so again I feel it was garbage and that's what it's been to this point to the lady assured me that she would refund me all my money because I made it very clear if the chair appeared in front of my building at 2:00 in the morning or the following morning I do not want it I need a complete refund of my money as well as the warranty and as I mentioned to the young lady y'all sent me a warranty 4 days before the chair even supposedly got here which we know has not been received as of yet so she said in the email that I would have my money in two or three days with here we are on Sunday now and a chair and my money still have not been returned to me my money return to chair again I never got I'm just getting off the phone with Amazon once again and the first coworker states that will they would have to call you ups and do a return to them before they can give me my money which now we started walking to more lies because let's keep this real this is all been lies since it's out of this conversation apparently from day one so now I'm on the phone with them this morning at 5 something in the morning and the lies continue to come oh I'm so sorry that it's been inconvenience and you know we needed to all that don't make sense to me because now they talking about giving me a refund again but now she just want to give me the refund for the chair not the warranty which I'm not happening I need all my money back Amazon Amazon such Liars you are but I trust and believe me I'm getting every damn of my money back if I have to come to your company and collect it in person cuz it's not making sense you're not going to steal from me and think I'm going to have no issues with it now I get an email from this young lady that's not going to be Friday to 7 days so now I'm going to be 13 or 14 days out before I even see my money if I see it and then she had the indignity that even say well if the chair comes you can keep it it's okay we can keep the chair and we can get a refund we know that's a lack of the chairs never coming if it ain't got here by now if not coming again it was order was made on the 31st of March we'll walk it into April 13th so let's stop the LIE I'm seriously considering starting any business with me in Amazon from this point on and trust me I have all my receipts I'll make it my business to keep receipts I have receipts from when I was 12 so that's not play with me, I definitely disappointed in Amazon and their business practice up to this point this is totally ridiculous over the top disrespectful like I don't need my money back for item because it's funny enough I guess would be funny to other than not to me when I made the request this morning to speak to a supervisor posted an idiot who said I would have to they would have to contact you yet have it returned before I can get my money she comes on the phone and say well I understand you have a problem with a purchase of an item that you ordered and as I mentioned to her and I guess she thinks I'm slow as they may be my understanding of purchasing something meaning I would have to actually touch feel a whole or see the item at some point that's what it means to me to purchase something like when I walk into the door and purchase an item I paid for it I take the item with me and I'm gone I never even touched the item that don't seen the item that long touch the item cuz the item never came because I couldn't purchase something it never has made it to my house and she got throwed off by that like oh my God you just like really rude or I'm rude because you say approaches and purchase definition in the world that I live in and I have to actually purchase the item to actually hold the item everybody be good be safe keep your head up keep walking in faith with Jesus that you get through these these week irritating companies nowadays thank you...... The store never sent package alert that delivery was at store. I and in to check they said package wasn't their on 11/22 and the sent package back the same night I checked. i came I to store to speak to manager / left messages and no resolve. I also paid additional fee to have this acess point and no one fro UPS corporate to this franchise is willing to help. Horrible service and customer service quality assunce is lacking. read more

I highly recommend this location. I was traveling for work and decided to have my luggage shipped directly to my home. In past experience, the airlines have lost my luggage and it was an absolute nightmare, but the UPS store made it very easy and my luggage arrived in tact right to my doorstep. it was worth every penny! read more

My husband and I had gone in at different times. Both to send items we wanted to return. It was to be free shipping, but I was told they need to charge a dollar because the UPS person comes to pick it up 1 time a week and they need to pay him for his services. I go to other stores and never had that problem. I won't go there, nor my husband, because we don't feel they are trustworthy. read more

Shipped a package with them on a Wednesday night, the package was delivered the very next day, back to me! I called to find out why, they were rude and not helpful. Stated all they do is scan packages there, and if it was not delivered correctly, it is because i labeled wrong, too many labels on box or bad address. Plain brown box - check, 1 label on box - check, label printed and address verified by UPS - check Yet, it was delivered back to me. This store is horrible! I go in there for information on shipping a tv one day, they gave me a price for shipping and then a price if I want them to ship and pack. Then the very next I come back with my tv wrapped in a nice uhaul flat panel box. Then they tell me they can't ship my TV if I didn't buy and have them wrap my box with there 65 dollar box... This was so inconvenient and they are liars. They care nothing about the customer. I recommend you not go here. I went to the UPS Mequon location and they help me for cheaper and no problem! read more
