It's one of the few remaining OM stores in the area now that the West Milwaukee and Downtown locations have closed. For an OfficeMax, it's "okay". The store itself is quite large, as its located in a former Kohl's food store. Despite the large size, the aisles are a bit bare - they had what I needed, but not a lot of extra stock. Staff is about what I'd expect - I was asked if I needed help when searching for printer ink, but had to wait around for a cashier. If you're looking for the basics in terms of office supplies, I'm sure they'll have what you need. Not sure I'll be back to this location though - there are big security gates on all the windows and a fair amount of people sitting in the parking lot "hanging out" on a random Thursday afternoon - kind of sketchy.
