So I really appreciate that they owned up to a minor issue and had it resolved. I'm now having them look at doing a new front door for me because I was so pleased with their service and value. This branch needs to expand to keep up with the growth in the area. It has been here for many decades and needs a face-lift. Once i was able to maneuver my way to this Post Office it was helpful that there was a drive through drop box. Then getting out of there was quite a mess!! Hwy 100 is being ripped up and once again, all the twists and turns to get through before you get back on the road is just crazy. This place is the opposite of convenient!!!

I decided to get a second opinion at a different location and like magic the guy brings me my watch perfectly working again after I was told by the 27 st store it's dead and a new battery won't fix it. I don't know what shadyness happened at the 27 st store but the Hales Corners store pulled off a miracle or just did there job and satisfied a walk in customer, who knows. The customer experience with the two stores are night and day for such a simple transaction. I seriously can't understand two different outcomes from two locations with one watch.

I would have been in and out if I wasn't distracted by the flashlights I don't need but can't seem to resist. I recommend this place if you need need batteries or light bulbs. I suppose it's a pretty good name. Right next to a bakery to make the trip tastier.
