This was hands down the worst printing experience I've had from beginning to end…read more I showed up on Tuesday with my pictures and picked out the sizes I wanted. 6 of them were to be poster size. And 3 were to be large format prints. I showed up in Friday, the day of my art show with the money they said it would be. 280$( after calling 3 times beforehand, changing the price) I try to pay and they say it's an extra 15. I get the smaller prints and they are smaller than I'd asked for by at least 2.5 inches. The large prints I wait to open when I get home. The large prints are drastically larger than I had asked for. On top of that, these supposedly black and white prints were GREEN. Full on tinted with heavy green. And they were massive. Way bigger and not the color. At this point my art show is 5 hours away. I rush back to the store. The lady who helped me next was my only saving grace. She reprinted the smaller pictures to the size they were suppose to be. But the bigger pictures were way smaller than I had hoped. What made i even worse is that even though the reprints of the larger ones were half the size they were originally. Not a single person said sorry or even uttered the word refund. I no doubt lost $100 on this transaction and only gained a shit load of stress. I'll never shop with them again and do my best to make sure every photographer looking for my advice runs the other direction as fast as they can.

This is an important step necessary to be done correctly from the very beginning if not you will have to start over. Madison will tell you how they want the documents notarized before they pass it along to the other countries consulate for their certification. This is particularly important because of identity fraud and security. We worked with both of the notaries and they were both patient with doing the paperwork accurately each time. We're very lucky to have this service available. This location is disable accessible with a ramp available on the eastern side of the building. Talk about flat affect! I don't know if she was tired or didn't have enough coffee this morning, but a smile goes a looong way. As she was gathering our items, one of them with "Fragile" and "This End Up" stickers tumbled to the ground. When I said something about her careless handling of our items (which cost $1,500 to ship from Florida), she flippantly made a comment to the effect of "Well, I'm sure that they've been mishandled during the shipping process." That's likely the case, but NO customer wants to hear that when a valuable piece of art hits the ground. Furthermore, neither she nor her coworker offered to hold the door once as we were loading our car. I'd be hard-pressed to use this location of the UPS Store in the future.
