It was super cool and something I wasn't positive that they could do here. There's so many services offered that I could list but it's better to check the website because I know I'll miss some. But I couldn't beat the price elsewhere. I made 5 copies for the price I used to pay for one at the survey office.

I am just following up from a phone call that I placed after receiving an order delivered to me. I…read morewent on your website to place an order for (2) rolls of 24x500 Opaque Bond Plotter paper. When I looked at the picture it showed TWO rolls in ONE Box. I ordered TWO believing I would receive TWO BOXES each containing two rolls in each box. What I received was two rolls in one box. When I called, I was then told down further in the description it states the price listed is per roll, but two rolls are in one box. That seems to be deceptive marketing on your website, which I told the person on the phone...all I got was Sorry. So, what I thought was less expensive is now more expensive for the paper itself and the delivery/shipping fee than I can purchase elsewhere. I will now be purchasing elsewhere.

"Cause she's my best friend, she's my pal. She's my homeboy, my rotten soldier. She's my sweet…read morecheese, my good-time gal." She's my best Judy! Literally! When we started the process for our move from Washington state to Milwaukee, I had to get some type of mailbox set up for forwarding info for all the obvious reasons. Since we didn't have a home yet or any residence to use, I started the process of looking for a PO Box. If at first you try the usps, quickly abandon said plan on and move on, because that was traumatic. After I went into my local usps to inquire about initiating a remote PO Box and being called an idiot, I called around to local Milwaukee usps locations. Long story short, they were very helpful but said it couldn't be done. I was discouraged as their prices were very approachable, but I quickly moved on to trying UPS. It was then I found Judy. I basically just did a google map searching UPS locations near where our possible short term rental would be, and I picked the first one that felt like a familiar area. Upon calling, I was warmly greeted and felt as thought I reached a long time best friend. Judy was so incredibly personable and invested in the purpose of our move. We got to know each other quickly, and she without hesitation told me "of course they could setup a PO Box for me remotely", like it wasn't some outlandish idea. She followed up with all the info I needed to go into a WA local location to get started and said she would take care of the rest. Despite some roadblocks and inept personnel at the WA location I went to, Judy handled it all like a pro. She guided the WA employee thru the process with such grace and without a negative comment (though I would t have blamed her for expressing her opinion on the situation). Needless to say, this was back in April, and we're still customers at this location. Judy and her entire staff are so charismatic and welcoming. Every time we go in, we're greeted and treated like valued customers, even if it's an employee we haven't personally encountered. It doesn't stop them from delivering exceptional customer service.
