Very expensive. Paying for overnight is a waste. Three times I paid for overnight delivery only to have items arrive 2 or 3 days late. No accountability. Said they couldn't provide a refund--check with corporate. read more

1 star is the lowest grade I can give, otherwise it would be lower. Our 83yo mother forgot her phone on a trip to FL. We sent it down 2 day delivery, as she was there for only a week. We paid a lot of money for 2 day delivery. The phone arrived over a week late, 2 days after she had already returned to WI. Even worse, they said the phone was gone, it couldn't be tracked, and advised getting a new phone. We did as recommended, and then the phone arrived in FL. So now we had a new phone we incurred the expense for and could not get re-imbursed for the insurance we paid on the phone as it was delivered, albeit days late. The staff and owners were of no help. They were completely inept. If you have a problem with a package delivery through this story, you are completely on your own. We will never send a package through this particular store again. read more

Employees are rude. No customer service. Telling me I have to buy a box for 20 to ship a 20 gift when it's in a box alt. then pay shipping.

I decided to purchase just the cardboard box (24"x18"x6"). They charged me $20. I knew the price was exorbitant but I purchased it anyway. When I returned home I started to research what other options I had. Prices for the box on the internet ranged from about $2.00 and up to about $6.00 at another UPS store. The learning experience was definitely a hard one. I also learned I will never do business with this UPS store again. read more

Well here I am again, a year later and still experiencing horrible service. I had to return my iPhones to Spectrum, and per Spectrum instructions I was to provide UPS with the QR code and UPS would provide boxing and ship phone being returned for free. Well of course that did not happen here. These people made me email them the shipping label and then charge me for packaging. They charged me $20 for no reason. I contacted spectrum after the fact and they confirmed UPS pays for packaging and shipping. This place is a scam and will take your money at any turn. I also called back UPS and they asked me to come in and talk about it. I'm done with this UPS and will travel wherever just not to go there. SCAMMERS!!!! read more

took the same package to the Mequon and Brown Deer location. Mequon charged 30 dollars more. I spoke with UPS headquarters and they confirmed the price was not consistent with their standard pricing. Please be aware that you are likely being taken advantage of an go somewhere else. read more

Be careful of this place. Their prices are always higher than online and they routinely charge an "insurance fee" for processing shipments on site. Huge differences between their prices and the online calculated prices for shipping. They always over estimate the size of parcels. New management here and big issues! read more

Not on their list of services, but they are a drop off place for paper shredding. I found myself in a pinch to pitch about 140# of documents in anticipation of an office move. I didn't mind the few extra steps to bag the paper and drop it off. It save some real cash over having a company come to me. Staff was accommodating, friendly, and efficient. read more

I just returned from yet another unpleasant experience at the Mequon store. I went back one more time to as it is the closest. The manager was rude, actually put me down big time as I was not doing things the way he wanted. We all have bad days but this guy seems to be a bit over-the-top. The "vibes" in the store are wierd. No one is happy or pleasant. Likely becuase of the manager who either needs training in customer service or psychiatric help. No masks of course so I had to get out of there. Because of the manager's lack of help and the threat of COVID for remaining in the store too long, I was unable to complete my errand. read more

Went in with Christmas gifts half in boxes. The UPS store representative had my back. He measured and found boxes for what I still needed to box. He also made sure that the breakable items were properly packed. He then found me the least expensive shipping method that would get each package there before Christmas. Reduced a lot of stress out of my life! read more

On 5/13/20 I paid for UPS shipping to have a package sent to Paris, France for my daughter's wedding. Time was of the essence, and I made sure to emphasize this Jamie who was assisting me. I was given assurance if I paid for UPS shipping, rather than mail service ($ 84.55 for a 2 LB package) delivery could be estimated at 6-10 business days. When the package did not arrive after two weeks, I made numerous long distance phone calls to the Mequon UPS store. At that time, I was told they could not help me, I should look online at I-ship.com. I asked for help to follow up on where the package was at, the manager said "That's not gonna happen". I asked to speak with the owner and was denied. I asked for the owners name, again, denied. When I went on the I-Ship.com site, I found out the package had been sent by regular mail, which I had specifically requested NOT to do. read more

The location of this store is very convenient. However, the employees seem to know that they have a captive customer (since there are no other close UPS sites). I've had two extremely poor customer service experiences in this location. In one case, my daughter overheard an employee complaining about all my questions about the various prices and services. I was mortified! In the most recent case, the employee started asking personal and judgmental questions when she saw that a family member had moved. It was extremely inappropriate and awkward. The services of UPS are not cheap. There are choices in how to mail packages. I may go to the post office with my next shipment. read more
