Yesterday, I went to the UPS store in Grafton to return a router to AT&T, who said all I needed to…read moredo was drop it off at UPS or FedEx. There was a line for Amazon returns, but I was told I had to stand in the other line, which was very long. When I got to the front of the long line, one of the two service desks opened up. As soon as I got in front of the clerk, she left and went to take care of the Amazon returns without telling me to go to the front of the other line again, which is where I had been. The guy who had been at the Amazon returns initially was off to the side in front of me and said he'd take care of me, but then immediately he walked out the door. By the time I walked out saying that I'd go to FedEx instead, everybody who had been behind me in line had been taken care of and I had not. In THAT UPS they take care of boxes, not customers. I will not return, even though that UPS is close to where I live. I've had other problems with them in recent years, but the only one I remember is the time a return to Amazon was mismarked. The was before they had a separate receiving area for Amazon returns. That's when I discovered that Amazon Customer Service is also useless. What a sad state of affairs our country is in. People really no longer think. They just do the next step on the computer in front of them. Instead, the first clerk who left should have instructed me and the other clerk that I was the next person to be be helped. Common sense no longer exists, nor does common courtesy.

I was so upset that I couldn't do anything on my own but the staff helped me out and were very knowledgeable. It is a tiny location like most UPS stores but they are quick and efficient and get the job done. They are down the street from the courthouse which is very helpful. I prefer UPS over FedEx because they take care of everything for you rather than FedEx that has you working hard. Thanks guys for everything!

This ups store has a notary public available. Call ahead for an appointment. We needed many…read moredocuments to be copied and certified signature and witnessed and eventually apostille certification in Madison. This is an important step necessary to be done correctly from the very beginning if not you will have to start over. Madison will tell you how they want the documents notarized before they pass it along to the other countries consulate for their certification. This is particularly important because of identity fraud and security. We worked with both of the notaries and they were both patient with doing the paperwork accurately each time. We're very lucky to have this service available. This location is disable accessible with a ramp available on the eastern side of the building. The door on the right is bit heavy but if you're in need there are many people around to help you get in. 28/2025 Service 5 Ambiance 5 Location 5 easy 2 hour parking around the building.
