They took great care with my furniture and other items that I added to the move last minute. They even offered to move furniture once placed if I changed my mind on original placement. My job, even though time and date were confirmed, was somehow scheduled for a different day. Movers did not show as expected that morning. When I called the office, the issue was addressed and George and Hez were quickly assigned to my job. They arrived with smiles, hustle, and genuine care and concern for me and my belongings. Truly amazing guys. While the mix up with my move date and time was less than excellent, the customer service that happened in that moment to ensure my move happened that day made me a fan. It's not a flawless move that always makes people loyal customers. It's what happens to customers when things do not go as expected and what the company does to remedy the situation that creates forever fans.

Once they were all packed up and done, I asked for help with a rug and they said, "Ok, it's no extra charge but you can't sign the bill until AFTER we do it because that's an insurance liability". Professional, all the way. We are moving from one house to another (locally) and taking our time, and Badger Brothers will be with us every step of the way. We plan to call them for each stage of the process. We found them to be comparable price-wise, though in all honesty, I would have paid more (I ended up parlaying it into a tip). Don't waste time looking elsewhere- this is the company to call.

Again, my old place although a 2300 sq/ft house had minimalist contents. The great news is Joseph's prediction on time and mileage was spot on and I had no damage to my possessions. Totally depends on your crew I'm sure. But they charge extra on Fridays, saying it's "the weekend"…read morebecause they don't work on Sunday. Ridiculous and they do not call it out. It's in the documents you get but people should be verbally informed. It was obvious that they did not want to be working on Friday afternoon, and the move got sloppy, and there was "attitude". I have had to hire people twice to fix the large area rugs they lumped up by shoving rather than lifting furniture. I called about this when I discovered it and never got a call back. Beware.
