Busy Bees is the BEST moving company I have ever used. I have moved 5 times in the past 5 years and have never before encountered such a cohesive TEAM! Andrea won my business immediately beating out the incessant sales calls from competitors. She has such warmth and empathy- she could have told me the moving costs were a million bucks and if I could afford it, wouldn't have batted an eye. As it turns out Busy Bees was very affordable for my meager budget, so I sort of expected a lot of snafus as I have encountered in the past where they take your agreed upon payment, then blindside you with the "fine print" hidden costs. Not so with Busy Bees! What they tell you up front is what you get! No waiting with cash on hand as with some outfits. Payment was efficient, on-the-spot quick and easy! As if to punctuate an already excellent professional report describing effective management and efficient operations - the team arrived ready to WORK! These hard workers took my last minute requests in stride, insuring this moving experience ( never fun) seem like a sunny day walk in the park. I was especially impressed with Bobby's awesome leadership! He made sure the team understood how to properly execute tasks such as individually wrapping the legs of my dining room table. I had an amazing experience with Busy B's moving. I was able to get a quote and be scheduled for my move with only two days notice (and it was near the end of the month). Blaze was professional, kind, understood my needs, and was clear. He assured me that the movers had at least three years moving experience, that the move was insured, and that the movers would be communicating with me. On the day of my move, as Blaze indicated, I was contacted by Darryl about half an hour before the scheduled move time, letting me know their ETA. Darryl and Blake were prompt and introduced themselves with a handshake and a smile. They quickly got to work and made sure that they understood my needs and that I knew that the process was. All of my items were moved safely to my new home, and all items were placed exactly where I needed them. They assembled my bed and even helped me find the missing screws to my bed. This is the second time I've used Busy B's and they were the only ones I called for this move. Andrea was wonderful again and helped me with a last minute reschedule. She fit in my adjustment and it worked great. My movers Stephen, Trent and Adam were right on time and couldn't have been better. They were very friendly, hard working and accommodating. They took care with my things and asked where I wanted them placed. They set up the desk, tv stand and bed which was a great help to me. The final payment was made by app this time and had a spot to add tips. Stephen had showed me the start time when we began and at the end of move, he showed me the end time and explained the charges. I added the tip (very well deserved guys!) and the payment was made. Voila! As they were leaving, a neighbor stopped Stephen and wanted to know where they were from. Busy B's Moving Madison made our move from Madison, WI to Denver, CO super smooth and efficient! They took wonderful care of our belongings and nothing was even slightly damaged. They were very flexible and willing to move boxes into my classroom at my new school before moving us into our new apartment. They were so positive and did an amazing job moving all of our heavy boxes up 3 flights of stairs on a hot day (our new building has no elevator). They also quoted us the best price out of all the moving companies we contacted, and they were very responsive every time my husband called with a question! I made a very short local move recently and Busy B's was the first company to reach out to me after I put in a request online for moving companies. After speaking with Andrea I didn't even bother calling the other companies. She was very friendly, enthusiastic and made sure to answer all my questions fully. Absolutely fabulous to deal with. My father had just passed away and I was under time constraints to empty his apartment of the furniture. The person who helped me on the phone expressed sympathy for my loss and got me scheduled ASAP. On the day of the move Cam and Matt arrived as scheduled and were great to deal with. Both were very personable and professional; they did the job in a timely manner; and they explained how the move would transpire and how the billing would work. After being literally abandoned by two men and a truck (they showed up but refused to unload the truck because one of the movers wanted to go watch the Badger game) we were stuck trying to find help late on a Saturday with no notice. The building my daughter was moving was hit by lightening. The elevator was not working, so I called Busy B Movers to reschedule the move. Jordan spoke with the owners, and told me it would not be a problem. He would supply me with an extra person to work on the move. The movers had to walk up to the fourth floor. We had busy bee's move an inclining sofa and loveseat. Both pieces of furniture are very heavy. The two men arrived on time, were very professional and extremely careful packing the 2 pieces.
