I had my first interaction with this business because they were kind enough to send me a coupon to welcome me to the community when I moved to Grafton. They are now one of my go to businesses. I do lots of shipping because I volunteer as a logistician for several organizations. I love logistics. I also am the only member of my family living in Wisconsin so I tend to do lots of mailings to family members all over the country. As such, I am always looking for good businesses to help me do my work. In the very short amount of time that I was inside this business, I found them to be friendly, helpful, and responsive. I felt like a queen. They listened to what I wanted and they were able to provide me service quickly and efficiently. I extremely impressed that they are one of very few businesses that take the time to welcome newcomers to Grafton. That, means a lot to me. It's very hard to move to a new community. Community. It's even harder to find out what businesses are worth your time. I don't know why more businesses don't welcome you to Grafton, but I appreciate the effort that this business made. We have used PostNet Grafton the last few years for a mailing project that involves 25-30 separate UPS/USPS mailing envelopes. Laurie and the PostNet Team have been great to work with.. Personable, efficient, accurate, cooperative and flexible to some last minute changes. They provide an itemized, readable, receipt/report that facilitates our tracking of our packages. We send the list of addresses ahead of time, via email, and then visit the store to stuff our pre-addressed shipping envelopes, and send them on their way. I needed to send a few things including a table from Grafton to California and I stopped in at PostNet to see if they could help. Pat was super helpful and said that they could either find a large box or custom make something and add the protection to get it there in one piece. I had won this beautiful art deco Barware set from a local Auction House. I contacted PostNet to pick up the items from the auction house. I had a restoration project in which I needed some custom decals. The issue: The color for the decals was white. This requires a special printer, usually an Alps unit. My daughter-in-law recommended PostNet in Grafton, WI. Nicole was amazing. Using their Xante' printer, they were able to take my Photoshop artwork and generate the items I needed. Nicole was diligent, easy to work with, and really went the extra mile to accomplish a satisfactory resolution. The price was much lower than expected. Good job! read more

Not even Corporate could help me get resolution on my unfinished project, however, Natalie was very helpful! She patiently worked through all of the details and explained my options. I would like to comment on the last review..just to educate the public..the reason WHY Postnet cannot give us the same rates as the Post Office is because it is not a Government Agency..they simply offer the post office rates, yes with a bit of a surcharge, because they HAVE TO, as a convenience for their customers. I have been using their packaging, copying and shipping services for many years and have NEVER had anything damaged..nor have I ever been disappointed with their friendly and prompt service!! I think they are AWESOME and will continue to GLADLY pay them to do the excellent work they have done for me in the past! Don't know about that other gentleman...but I certainly have had items damaged and lost at the hands of our local post offices with no apologies nor compensation..I'll stick with a plan that has NEVER let me down! worst shipping company there is. they take free post office boxes and then charge you retail prices for them. i purchased a few small pocket watches and they charged 5 to get them and then 20 to ship them it cost 7.35 to ship in a usps small flate rate box or 10.80 for a medium i understand making a profit but they charged more that the items cost beware of shippers they are they hidden cost in buying things. i will never buy anything that comes from wisconsin again read more
