I have shipped many dozens of articles from this store. I am not sure what happened, but I will never again. I attempted to ship some time -sensitive samples yesterday, presented the closed, addressed sample containers and they put them in an envelope and shipped them to my house( the return address) I had to wait for the manager to return from lunch and she snottily told me I would have to pay again to ship the items, even though the address was correct on my package and in the computer. The person who made the mistake claims she shipped them to the correct address and they shipped them back to me (from Grafton to Texas and back to Grafton in 18 hrs! Not sure where they got the misfit crew, but it used to be dependable and pleasant. Now it is rude and inaccurate. read more

The people at this store are absolutE JERKS ! I was shipping a large heavy item and arrived at the door 5 minutes 7:55 am ( opens at 8:00 am) The woman opening the store was vacuuming AT THE FRONT DOOR ... and REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE ME ... it was 26 degrees outside ... She waited , and continued her ignorance until 5:00 minutes had passed ... and then when I asked her if she saw me ... she started on a Rant about how her system wasn't up etc .... I'm not asking for you to carry me on your back , just a little respect and welcoming humanity in the freezing cold would have been nice !!! I have been going to this store for years. I have to recognize Brenda who is AMAZING! She is extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I can see why some of the reviews at this location are not the best, but Brenda is the best! It is a very busy location and we all need to give credit to people working today. I do all of my Amazon returns here. I've had nothing but quick and positive interactions. The wait is never very long and staff have been very pleasant. I am not really sure what everyone is complaining about. Maybe they should go to the post office in a posh location if they hate it here. That will mean one less sour person in line. read more

The owner and another woman I presume is his wife or family member, are very obnoxious and have attitudes. The younger workers are always pleasant, but I notice it's rubbing off. Today we had an item to return and needed the label printed and a box, which we expected to pay $ for. We were immediately met with attitude. "You need to bring your items in a box and print the label." Well we don't have a printer or a box at home, ok. How about not assuming we are not willing to pay for one and just nicely stating what it will cost, it was $5, which was fine. Even when I've brought items for them to ship and not with a pre-printed label /box they are rude, correcting something. Worth the drive to Mequon in the Sendik's plaza or USPS! You know it's bad when they are friendlier at all the nearby post offices! read more

Friendly, Knowledgeable helpful staff, clean store & open late enough I can get things out after work....has everything I need to get things packed up on it's way....very convenient!!! The owner of this store left my wife in tears after she called in to check on a package that was sent from this location. Terrible customer service. As this was during the Covid-19 outbreak I looked up the UPS website to see if the store hours were the same. The website said to contact individual stores, so I did. When I asked the gentleman that answered what their hours were for today he sniped "we're open until 6:30, same as before". Nice customer service. Will use PostNet in Grafton on Falls Rd from now on. If you too would like to use them the number is 262-377-6405. The lady there was very personable and simply answered my question with "12-6, thank you". Give it a try next time, UPS. read more

Don't go to this store! They are rude to customers...I was upset that my ups package was returned and when I took my package they told me they had to reward everything and it was a ridiculous amount of money! I have been to another ups store and they didn't charge that much and they didn't have to rewrap it...they even kicked me out of the store bc I told them that was too expensive and my package was already sent once...they are very greedy and they don't know how to deal with customers. You would be better off having your package picked up from a driver...ridiculous! read more

We own a local business and have TRIED to use this UPS store many times. Today was the last straw. Usually the man who's there gives off huge attitude when the package is all ready to ship. Like how dare we bring in a package to drop off without you doing the transaction. Hello.. you own a UPS store, which means you are also a UPS package drop off location. Today I go top drop off a package with a higher ins value. My UPS label specifies the 3 closest locations I can use to drop off this package which requires a signature. This is the first store on the paperwork. Not only does the lady at the counter refuse to accept the package, but directs me to drive to the main hub Elm Grove (like an hour from me)?! On top of that, when I show her that UPS has directed me to use them as a drop off location she denies that the address on the paperwork is their store. What?! So I go to the #2 location on the list in Mequon and guess what.. not only does that location accept the package but she goes on to tell me that the Grafton store has a terrible reputation and they get people in all the time that refuse to work with the Grafton store. UPS Corporate.... if you read these, make a note of the crappy store you have in Grafton. I will also be making a formal complaint to UPS corporate. read more

The first time I went to this store to ship something to Canada, the owner tried to talk me out of shipping through him because he didn't want to deal with the paperwork. The second time I went I brought 2 very different-sized and weighted packages. He weighed the larger of the 2, then put the second (much smaller) package at the same weight. If I hadn't pointed it out on the bill and made him check the weights again, he would have overcharged me by $10. Again. This is the owner. Not some employee that can be fired, but the owner. If you have to deal with this place, try to prepay on UPS so you don't have to deal with him. Otherwise, go to Germantown. This guy is awful. read more

My mother went in to the store to return damaged things that came for my wedding. When she entered the woman Brenda was chatting with two men instead of helping my mother. Then when my mother dropped off the items she told my mother that she had to donate money in order for her to tape the boxes for her. We have been in here many times paying $15 dollars on a typical basis to ship a tiny box. My mother had no cash on her, so they made her get her credit card to donate money when we have been loyal customers. When my mother called in to UPS to file a complaint they backed up their lazy and rude customer service woman by saying it is appropriate for them to charge for taping. I could understand her requesting my mother donate something, however with how much money we have given them over the years they should be more kind to their customers. From now on I will got to PostNet as I have had no issues with them. read more
