While this location always seems to be busy, they are quick, super helpful and are always in a good mood. With working from home full time due to Covid and no printer at home, I frequent this location quite a bit and the employees working here are always willing to help me out! Don't drop off shoes here. I've been to this store many times to drop off items I'm selling or returning, etc. 3 times I've dropped off SOLD shoes and 2 times they "never made it to Elm Grove" and the last time the package was delivered and the company said the box was empty. For just dropping off a labeled (not "pre labeled," which just doesn't make sense, it was labeled) UPS package for an online purchase return, this location can handle it. They aren't good about enforcing customer distancing or mask wearing and it's a pretty enclosed storefront location, I don't know about you but for me, dropping off a package should not be life risking behavior. Someday this pandemic will end, but I don't know about the careless attitude towards employee and customer health. For shipping anything that you're paying for, consider the United States Post Office location nearby and save a little money with a shipping service that delivers to any neighborhood and doesn't damage the packages quite as much. Note, I originally gave a 2 star review, but see the comment below. Adding the prefix, pre, in front of words that already mean what the word is intended to mean after adding the unnecessary prefix isn't good English. We all make typographical and careless spelling errors, but there's an added level of stubbornness in defending bad English. Attempting to correct a customer's English, incorrectly, is poor customer service. Pre-labeled means the same thing as, labeled. Pre-paid means the same thing as, paid. I brought in a labeled, paid, UPS package for shipping. I found the store does not practice proper safe virus prevention measures, and the response from this store is to tell me it's my job to report this somewhere else rather than the store just actually following (not pre-following) their own existing (not pre-existing) procedures (not, pre-procedures). I am not an employee of this store, so I do not think it's my job to find the proper department to report that the store employees don't follow the store policies to prevent the spread of disease. English (not pre-English) classes might also be a good idea. read more

I have been to the UPS store on Capital drive in Pewaukee quite a few times. The staff at the store are great to work with. Very friendly folks, hard working as well. I had gone to another location with crabby people who made me feel like my going there was a bother to them. So now I like this location, I always feel welcome. read more

I live extremely close to this ups store. I received a package which was wrongly delivered to my house by ups, thinking I could drop this package off there for the ups store to deal with properly. I was told that this store was locally owned and they do not want to deal with packages like this, they get plenty of other business. I was given a 800 number to call for a local pick up from my house. this 800 number is a pre-recorded answering run-around service that ends up hanging up on you. in order to do the right thing I ended up having to personally deliver this package, 4 miles away from my house. I will definitely choose fed ex or the post office from now on!! read more

Was told they had notary services and someone would be there if I came down. Once I got here they told me the guy had left for the day.

I usually go to this location to drop off e-commerce returns that require UPS. 99% of the time I have my box tapped and labeled so it's an easy drop off. This last time I was unable to print the label so I brought in a box and an email about a label. Instead of the employee helping me he just told me they couldn't do anything with it. He told me it was a UPS pickup and they were scheduling a pickup. He also said since it's a locally owned store they don't have access to the UPS' website. I left frustrated and confused. Afterward I looked at the email more closely and realized everything he said was bullshit. When I clicked on the tracking number it provided a barcode that could be scanned at the store to print the label. Thanks for nothing not UPS Store Pewaukee. I am being kind with the extra star since other visits have been easier. I will go to a different location for actual help and not inconvenience these very busy employees. read more

Fast easy and convenient. Quick in and out. Store is clean and parking is a cinch. Many open spaces at that lot. No hassle and easy.

I have been doing business with this store and the people there for quite awhile, and much more so within the past year. They have always been so very helpful, especially since I have recently needed more than just the normal drop a parcel off service. I will not go anywhere else, even if it is something that must be returned via USPS, they handle it for me. read more

The UPS Store - Don't go here.. - Shipping Centers Near Me - Pewaukee, Wisconsin

I went here to drop off a package and waited for ten minutes with two people being helped in front of me. When the older male employee said, "I can help whoever's next," this woman who came in about 7 minutes after me darted for the desk. I said, "Can I just drop this off?" He looked at me, then at her and said, "I can help whoever's next." I said, "I was next. Can I just drop this off?" He gave me the attitude of a teenager and said, "Yeah." Being the bigger person at about almost 40 years younger than him, I said 'thank you' and walked out without another word from him. This man acts like a child and should NOT be anywhere near customer service positions. I've seen bad reviews on him elsewhere on the internet, too. I think he's the owner. I'm sorry to see someone who hates their job and their life so much to act that way toward someone. read more
