One company…read moreactually switched my deliveries over to USPS per my request since the FedEx driver swiped my package. I have it all on video since our delivery room is recorded. My package was "delivered" at 3:30 on a Monday afternoon. Went to go grab the package and it wasn't there. I was confused and looked around since the photo from the delivery showed that it was delivered, however, the picture was pretty blurry. I then watched the footage from 3:30 and saw the delivery driver turn his back to the camera, place another package down for someone in my building, then turn around with my package and walk out. Unbelievable! I've never had this happen before! I contacted the company and they sent me another package out free of charge and have been using USPS ever since. Another company I order from uses FedEx and I'm at the point where I'm not going to continue ordering clothes from them since they refuse to use another service. Each and every time my package is late. What's bad is that it is listed on the vehicle for delivery and then is never delivered until 1-2 days later. I was told by someone who is a substitute driver the regular driver just cuts his days short and I'm at the end of his route, meaning my packages are delayed because he "doesn't feel like doing his job." Lazy and incompetent.

We heard about Lightning through a friend who uses them in New Berlin. The best part about Lightning over a large national chain is the quick response time. You don't have to go online and setup a window like the large carriers. When I call I usually get the owner (Tim - great guy and fun to talk to) and the driver is there within minutes (even has a dog treat in hand for our old office hound). Bottom line: this is a company that promises and then delivers. Literally.

I have been troubleshooting and repairing vintage audio for 40 years now. I picked up the box and noticed a slight rattle inside but the place was busy and very small so I took it home to investigate. Glad I did as it became obvious that someone lifted the turntable by the platter severely damaging it during packing. They tried to hide this expecting to be able to blame it on UPS shipping. I have concern for my customers and for my reputation. This could have been VERY bad for me but they let it go out the door. To add insult to injury they claim I damaged it (after careful restoration) by taking it out of the box. This is not about the measly $35 spent, its about lying and not taking responsibility for your actions by blaming me. I would avoid this place if you have any delicate items to ship.

I often need to have postcards, letterheads, large boards, and various signage created, and when I do this place is the first place I turn to. I simply send them an email with attached images and instructions, and generally within the day they'll respond either with clarifying questions or the time it will be ready for pick up. Sometimes I just need a few sheets of paper printed in color/high-quality so I'll just stop in and have them do it on site. Normally doesn't take more than a few minutes. Lately their employees haven't seemed the most pleasant or happy to help you, but I did see a sign explaining that they are short-staffed, so perhaps that's it. I definitely give them some grace, as I'm sure they're trying their best. Do note, they now have a $5 minimum for printing items, which I suppose makes sense. I've felt bad the times I've stopped in for something small and swiped my card for $2.81. I have yet to have an error in anything I've had done here, so I will undoubtably return again and again.

Their website said to text them. By 530p they text me back asking if I still needed a dumpster. I still did. The nice lady understood my issue and said one will be delivered on Sunday morning. We spoke Sunday around 9a and by 1030a the box arrived and place on my driveway. The charge $575 to drop it off and pick it up. No extra charge for a Sunday or a holiday weekend.
