I have been troubleshooting and repairing vintage audio for 40 years now. I picked up the box and noticed a slight rattle inside but the place was busy and very small so I took it home to investigate. Glad I did as it became obvious that someone lifted the turntable by the platter severely damaging it during packing. They tried to hide this expecting to be able to blame it on UPS shipping. I have concern for my customers and for my reputation. This could have been VERY bad for me but they let it go out the door. To add insult to injury they claim I damaged it (after careful restoration) by taking it out of the box. This is not about the measly $35 spent, its about lying and not taking responsibility for your actions by blaming me. I would avoid this place if you have any delicate items to ship.

I often need to have postcards, letterheads, large boards, and various signage created, and when I do this place is the first place I turn to. I simply send them an email with attached images and instructions, and generally within the day they'll respond either with clarifying questions or the time it will be ready for pick up. Sometimes I just need a few sheets of paper printed in color/high-quality so I'll just stop in and have them do it on site. Normally doesn't take more than a few minutes. Lately their employees haven't seemed the most pleasant or happy to help you, but I did see a sign explaining that they are short-staffed, so perhaps that's it. I definitely give them some grace, as I'm sure they're trying their best. Do note, they now have a $5 minimum for printing items, which I suppose makes sense. I've felt bad the times I've stopped in for something small and swiped my card for $2.81. I have yet to have an error in anything I've had done here, so I will undoubtably return again and again.

We failed to do price comparisons, unfortunately. If we had, we would have realized there were plenty of people who haul for much less, as little as $155/bed volume of a pickup. It was a total rip off, but our fault in that sense for not looking around first. We could also have rented a truck and hauled it to the dump ourselves for a nominal amount of money. Live and learn. But this company preys on people who either don't bother to shop around or don't know any better until after-the-fact, like seniors

On 7/27/2026, I drove ~50 miles each way to the Apple Store at Bayshore, 5715 N Centerpark Way, Glendale, WI 53217, in heavy construction traffic. I then spent nearly 2 hours in-store while technicians ran diagnostics. During the visit, I was first told the AirPods would be replaced, then later told no replacement would be provided, even with manager approval. I was told my only options were to keep the defective product or send it to a repair depot with up to a 2‑week turnaround, leaving me without my AirPods. I was also not informed that ear tips should be removed before sending them in, risking loss of accessories. This caused significant wasted time, travel, and inconvenience. Apple confirmed the defect but failed to provide a reasonable immediate resolution.
