He did look over my coat and said it should be a pretty easy job. Runs about $35 but right now there is a 30% discount going on. Then the bad news, he looked over the purse and said he doesn't do them anymore, he was going to refer me to someone else but said it would be between $60-$75 dollars. I just decided that it wasn't worth it, and I'll just give it to my granddaughter to use. (she's 8). All in all I found him to be friendly and honest. Prices seem reasonable too.
