They shortened my daughters Prom dress PLUS pressed it - all in 24 hours, for a fair & decent price. We will be back!

Amazing service, great customer service, and experienced staff! They did a beautiful job with my…read moreunique tote made of heavy tapestry and embroidered with so many cats. I appreciate the hard work they put into mending my item. I also appreciate the reminder they texted me after I forgot to pick it up until 30 days after I dropped it off. The price for mending my tire was very fair especially considering the challenge of the fabric. I will certainly be a return customer. And next time not wait a month to pick up my item in time. Cannot recommend enough!

I leave this review as a one time customer, so take this with a grain of salt. I have been through…read moremany laundries and cleaners throughout the country, as I travel so frequently for week long stents, and have experienced the best and the worst. Joy Cleaners has been one of the best. I came in after a week worth of laundry with a flight the next morning. They were kind enough to have my laundry done the next day so I could make my flight, which is normally out of the question for them because of the high volume they handle. I was genuinely grateful they made it happen. I also want to add this: I have had some horrible experiences at other places where my clothing came back forever damaged, shrunk, stained, or treated like it did not matter. That did not happen here. Everything came back clean, folded, and handled with care, and it felt good coming back home to clothes that still looked like mine. On top of that, I was glad to support a local family business that clearly takes pride in their work. If you value good service and careful handling, in my humble opinion, Joy Cleaners is worth it.

Few very important aspects that need to be addressed with this place…read more 1) the work they did on my shirts were professionally done, and that's where about the good service ends. 2) Prices are very high. To have two shirts pulled up two inches I was charged $15 EACH. Making it $30 total 3) Service was everything but pleasurable. When I dropped off my shirts they never mentioned a price. I was told I could expect a call in 7-10 days, 3 weeks later I was still waiting for the call. After making two separate calls I was finally told I could come pick them up. Then after complaining about the price I was told to pound sand and that's what their prices were. Again! To be fair, the work was very professional and I didn't have anything cleaned so I can't speak toward that aspect of their business. But overall I'm not very impressed with their service and prices.

I had bought my white professional shirt (White House Black Market) which was hard to find and I…read morebought it for $98 plus tax. It's very hard to find a white shirt that fits well on me. I took it a few months ago to get it cleaned. When I went to go pick it up, they approached me with a big green mark on it. They asked me what it was. I responded "that was not there when I brought it" they tried blaming it on me. I didn't accept that fault because I knew it wasn't there when I dropped it off. They said they will try to work on the spot. After giving them sometime, I would call and they would push me off. The owner, Vladimir, told me that they couldn't take the stain out. I wanted to salvage the shirt since it's hard to find a good quality, fashionable white shirt. I offered if he can cut the sleeve to make it a 3/4 sleeve to remove the stain. He said they do tailoring and can do that and he was looking online for the same shirt. Weeks went by with no call from him and every time I would call they would push me off. I finally went to the store today and he gave me my shirt in a clear bag and it had MOLD/black spots all over the shirt and it was torn on the sleeve. I asked him what happened? He continued to offer me $70 in credit or $50 cash. I told him I spent $98 plus tax and they don't sell this shirt anymore. I asked him about his insurance. He said he will not claim on his insurance because he has a $250 deductible. He pulled out $50 and handed it to me and he wanted me to sign a liability release. I told him I wouldn't. He told me that's all he's giving me and that I can sue him or whatever I need to do. This is a disappointed and very upsetting. BEWARE that if something happens to an expensive item he will not give you what it's worth and will try to blame it on the customer first. He had my shirt for months before I picked it up today. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he was going to be able to fix the shirt, but he didn't! He gave me $50 and told me to sue him or whatever I need to do. Sara

Not only were all of my stains taken out of my long satin gown and lace top... But it was a very fair price. They also offer preservation and wedding dress boxes. I would highly recommend this place to any bride looking to preserve/clean their wedding gown. And believe me I was worried I would not be able to get some of these dirt/beer/mud stains out ! Thank you.

I wasn't sure of the source of the stain. I don't clean in it, wear it as part of an outfit. Its casual, but beautifully made. When I got it back, I asked if the stain was removed. It looked ok on the hanger, but when I got it home, the stain was darker, larger, the knit was stretched and it is now a square. I took it back. They said they tried, but the chemicals wouldn't take. I asked why they didn't tell me this; the attendant literally laughed. My issue: Shouldn't a cleaner tell you when they can't remove a stain? Do you need to just take it home and find out for yourself? Also, it clearly is worse. The stain is darker and has a stretched out squared. I guess next time, I take a before picture, and ask the protocol. The cardigan was not only well made, but lots of emotional connection.
