i have been using this cleaner for years. their prices are constantly rising. i understand things…read moreare higher than ever but their services are excessive compared to other dry cleaners. also, their seamtress prices are off the charts. i took a dress to have the zipper replaced. the person tried to insert a zipper that did not match any color in the dress. when i went back to pick up the dress, i believe the old zipper was repaired and not replaced. it was very expensive in the beginning just to have a zipper replaced. i hate feeling cheated. i am in the process of finding a new dry cleaner in the north shore. we will see. already, i have gotten cheaper cost for dry cleaning a ladies 2 pc suit. house of roth told me $20.00 for the 2 pieces, 2 other dry cleaners said $15.00. i will call 1 more before i make my decision which one to use.

It seems they might have at one point been located in the plaza by Cost Cutters Hair Salon. Anyway, the place is spotlessly clean. The turnaround time on my clothing has been very fast! This last time, they told me I could pick up my pants a couple days later on Saturday. I got a call later that day from the clerk that accepted my pants, explaining that he had forgotten that they are closed Saturday for the holiday. He offered to rush my order and have it ready on Friday. I was in no hurry so I told him to just wait--I didn't need the pants that soon. I thought the call was very thoughtful. Then the bad news, he looked over the purse and said he doesn't do them anymore, he was going to refer me to someone else but said it would be between $60-$75 dollars.
