When I came back to pick up my laundry, the informal clothing (workout gear, pjs, etc) was packed up neatly in bags, folded PERFECTLY, & the sweaters/slacks/formal clothing was on hangers, bundled inside plastic garment bags (as one would get from the drycleaners). Everything was extremely fresh & did I mention that everything was perfectly folded? I am SO impressed. Absolutely worth the price. I never thought I'd say this about a laundry service, but.... It was cleaned and well maintained. When I came today I was really disappointed! The place was filthy, many of the machines were out of order, the change machine didn't work, the garbage was overflowing, and there was water on the floor. The machine which was a $7.75 machine took only $4 and wouldn't money. I see there's a number posted on the wall for any problems. I called the number, and the gentleman who answered the phone was very rude. I explained to him the situation and he suggested that I move to another machine. I did not want to move to another machine, nor should I have had to move to another machine if there was on site maintenance at this location. The only suggestion that was given was I can mail you a refund, which I know will never happen because I've had this problem before and I've never got refunded.
