It's well kept, clean, machines in working order, and helpful staff. There are plenty of machines, in varying sizes, to choose from. The bigger the size of machine, the more cost efficient. Free WiFi, a TV, soap dispensers, coin exchange machine (for customers only), snack machines, some arcade games, and plenty of seating and folding stations with laundry carts. Between the security cameras, the owner being around, and the friendly patrons, I felt safe doing laundry here as a solo woman. I did have an issue with one of the washers, that's fine, stuff happens. What I thought was great was the sign by the coin machine that allows you to scan a QR code that will generate a text for you to fill out and send to the owner to report any issues. Reporting it was super quick and easy and the owner was quick to respond and get me a refund. They mentioned they do customer appreciation every week with donuts for the customers. I think that's amazing and it's clear from the great condition of the place that the owner really cares about making this laundromat a good experience for all. Keep up the great work :)

I've been using this laundry mat for years and never have I felt so uncomfortable. The cleaning guy was following me around and then was standing behind me while I was bending over to use the dryer. When I came to pick up my clothes for the 3rd time now he was mopping the floor and told me I had to wait even though he saw me walking in and continued cleaning after 2 hours. When I was grabbing me clothes both times he was staring at me and my mom and we felt extremely uncomfortable. We appreciate that they are clean but that guy should not be making everyone so uncomfortable and be so rude.
