This place is a dump. There is trash all over. Most of the machines have trash in them, filled with water, some of them machines even have a nasty musty smell. Floors are discussing, trash all over. Most machines don't work. One machine took my mother money and then turned off on her without being able to use it. Let's just say... we won't be back. I've never left a bad review. I have used this laundromat for a long time. It has been a year, and after the experience I had last time I wasn't planning to return. I had several blankets that were damaged from the dryers being too hot. I had several blankets that smelled burnt and were partially melted. I had to throw a lot away in the garbage. I wrote a long note explaining what happened so it didn't happen to others. I was nice, left my name and number, and dropped it in the suggestion box. I never heard a a thing back. Tonight we decided to give it another try because we had some large blankets that needed to be done, and I this is the closest place. Opening the door we were overwhelmed by the smell of pot. I have nothing against it, or any issues with people who partake, but I had an immediate headache. For the rest of our experience the photos can speak for me. It has never been so filthy and neglected. We wanted to wash our hand after touching the machines and there is no soap. We used to sit at the table and relax while we waited, but we went right to the car. We will definitely not be folding anything here as our stuff would be dirty when it touched the table. I'm truly sad to see what has happened to a place that used to be nice. There is nothing positive I could say. read more

This is the worse laundromat I have ever been to. Half the dryers do not work. And the ones that do take for ever to dry your clothes. Very poorly maintained, there is no attendant. This place is filthy. I highly recommend you find another place to do laundry read more

The worst laundromat I've ever had to deal with. I had a large amount of clothes to wash, so we used the big machines in the back. Two of the 4 did not work properly. I had to take my wet clothes out of the two machines and divide the big loads into smaller machines. When I used one of the extra large dryers, after 15 minutes of drying, my clothes were still completely wet and cold. It didn't even make the clothes warm! It's so dirty and half the machines are in very poor condition. Not only did I loose almost 10 dollars on the two machine that didn't work, the amount of money I had to spend just to get my clothes to dry was ridiculous!! I will never go back here and I will make sure to tell others not to go here. read more

It's affordable but a crap shoot if the washers will work fully to spin all the water out of your clothes or you'll be spending an hour plus with them in the dryer getting them dry this place used to be awesome but has gone downhill over the past 3-4 weeks. Wow. Just wow. Nothing works and what does still didn't. And Filthy. Simply nasty. I needed to go here twice and the second experience was worse than the first. I blew a lot of money doing two loads. The dryers are worthless. The strip mall and area is getting ghetto too. A bonus star because I was grateful. I use the "new" large LG machines. No matter how much soap I use or what kind, the clothes always come out dirty and half dry. Doesn't seem like it gets enough water to clean. read more

I am very unsatisfied with this laundromat, to start off the washers have a considerably musty smell, and the carts have duct tape and are disfunctional. The vending machines are good, but the floor is also dirty, I am sitting in this establishment as I write this and I see a finger nail on the wooden floor. The dryers are super slow and aren't too good either. I hear other people complainig from machines taking their quarters to not working in the hour I've been here. This place gives me an uncomfortable feeling, I will leave 2/5 stars. read more

I don't usually take the time to write a review, but this is the worse laundromat I have ever been too. I used to come here all the time to wash my linens and whites, because it was such a nice clean place, but now it has gone down the tubes. This place is extremely dirty. The garbages are over filled, the lost and found has overflowing onto the floor, and you can see the dirt pilling up on the floors. First, their soap center says that it dispenses tide, but it gave me cheer, then it ate 75 cents of my money. Their coin machine is out of order. Their machines say that they use hot water, but it is actually cold water. Finally, their soda machine charged me $1.25 for a 16 ounce Diet Coke, when it should be 20 ounces. I left management an email...let's see if I get a response. read more

I usually never take time to write reviews, good, bad or indifferent, but I feel I have to. I have been coming to this laundromat for YEARS. It used to be the best around. It was clean, the machines were nice and the people who owned it were friendly when there. I do not know what happened. Maybe the owners are just tired of running it, or too busy with life, but this place has gone down hill the last few years. Its so sad because living in the area, there really isn't anywhere else excpet for ghetto ones in Cudahy, where I've tried before but found someone OD'd and 911 had to be called. Visiting here today, there are 2 big washers people usually use out of order, 1 newer washer with standing water in it, and no toilet paper in the bathroom. I have not even gotten to the dryers yet so who knows. But the last time I was here had clothes in a big dryer AND one of the new ones by the bathroom that were just put in, and after an hour my clothes were STILL damp. I guess I'll have to drive to Franklin or somewhere else to find a new one. read more

Great laundromat. We travel all over the country so we see lots of them. We are retired full time rv'ers. Most laundries are less than desirable places to wash our duds but The Laundry Basket was clean as a whistle, machines in good working order and the interior was attractive. Met the owner, (he was there Cleaning) and he was passing a basket of little candies to all the customers. Wish all small business owners could take a lesson from this business. read more

Only laundromat we go to. They have several large capacity/commercial washers (three 35#, one 50# & a few lesser weight up, but larger than normal). The 35# washers are $4.25/load and 50# is $5.25/load. They have the following dryers: one 50#, 4 Huebsch Ultra-45 Dryers all are 25 cents for 5 mins, and 1 30# dryer which is 25 cents for 7 mins. They have tons of other washers and dryers which people seem to love, but I personally come here for the commercial machines. There is always one open when I come in (usually late at night), but came in today mid afternoon and had no problem. There is a change machine, you can buy powder detergent softener, and laundry bag (plastic) for $0.75 from a machine. Only complaint is there is no scent/dye free option. There is a Piggy Wiggly next door though, but it does close so if you come late bring your own stuff. There are ceiling fans here so it's well ventilated, a unisex bathroom, a TV and free WiFi. Also 2 seating areas. As for the rest of the washer/dryers maybe I'll update later since I don't really use those. There's at least 30 though. read more
