It looked like a 30 year old sweater that Goodwill would reject. I complained and they sent it back to be re-washed even though it was obviously beyond saving. They called me a few days later to pick it up. It looked the exact same. I filed a complaint. Sent them a receipt for the $280 sweater. They sent it back to their office (or wherever deals with complaints). I have not heard from them since. Really upset to have lost a sweater that I loved and paid a lot of money for. I'm really surprised by how they have dealt/not dealt with this.
