He completely botched my bridesmaid dress, my sister's wedding dress and her mother-in-law's dress - to the point where we had to take each piece to an alternate tailor to fix them. Worst yet, they argued that they deserved full payment for the jobs even though the quality was terrible. She was so patient and friendly and offered suggestions whenever we each seemed unsure. Both mine and my mom's had delicate lace that seemed to be no problem for her to hem and take in at the waist (as well as shoulder's for my mom). She strengthened my bustle and eyelet, and straightened the bust (the top was curling outward) as my dress had been previously worn. She also added a "modesty" piece of fabric on my sister's v-neck bust; my sister was so appreciative to not have to worry about falling out that day. Haha. I felt more beautiful than ever before and am thankful to have found Pam!
