I attempted to explain the alteration over the phone but was told that I needed to explain the job in person and that I needed to make an appointment. I made the 45 minute drive to the "appointment" where the tailor was hostile, gave me my jacket, and told me to leave. Also they lied about dry cleaning it, which I would have paid for.
